The fit felt a little short. I missed the cushioning that some shoes of this type have. My arches are low and I need the padding. Overall a nice shoe but not right for me. I love the fact that it came in a size N, so hard to find.

Nice enough shoes that, unfortunately, I need. They are easy-in easy-out for both my feet and my orthotics. But beware that not all 2E's are created equal, not even within New Balance. I have other New Balance shoes which just don't fit the same, not wide enough for the orthitics and not so easy-in easy-out. So you need to know your shoes!

This is a very sturdy, well made shoe. However, it is not as comfortable as other shoes I've tried. It also makes my feet stink.

I have worn 409's for 10 years or longer. So you can imagine how unhappy "me and my feet" were when I couldn't find a new pair. So I tried the 608. It is ok. It is slightly different. I really wish they would bring the 409 Crosstrainer back!

Jury is still out, sole us softer than I like, but you don't have the 624 available right now, and can't afford the 840 GPS. I may return them???

After knee replacement surgery and delayed healing, my physician suggested I throw away my dress shoes (high heels) and purchase my New Balance.
Your Customer Service Representative to exceptional interest in my problem and suggested this item. Considering my specific needs, he steered me to this particular model SPOT ON! After a couple of days, I was able to appreciate the benefit of my New Balance. I can now walk with no pain. Amazing!!!!
Thank you for such a quality product and staff.

I bought these shoes but they were too big and needed to return them. I took them to the store in Wyoming, Mi 2 weeks ago. Bought 2 pairs of shoes (very comfortable) and they reutrned them to NB from the store -- still waiting for my credit for the first purchase.

Generally I use for walki9ng. They were expensive for me so I do not use them everyday. They are a good looking shoe yet they are not very comfortable as far as the insole and lack in sturdy stability from side to side

I only wish these shoes came in 13 Narrow, women's size. Instead, I have to order men's size 11.5 and they are always too wide.

They are a great shoe from New Balance and should last a long time as other shoes of this brand have.

These are decent shoes for the price. The size was true (I wear an 11). The laces are very long, but seem to stay tied without having to add the "baby knot" to the bow. I would buy them again.

I have gone through three pairs of 624s... But apparently they are no longer available.... Hopes are high that these 608s will do as well or better. White color and not too bold logo or decorations is what I want in addition to all day comfort.... So far so good...

New balance is the only shoe I can purchase with style due to wide feet . I use them for everything from work to walking to working out .

Sneakers are comfortable. The availability of wide widths makes a big difference.

I bought this shoe for cross training purposes. To use for Zumba and pickle ball. I am used to the running shoe fresh foam x1080's so this was a different purchase for me. I found that the 680 wasn't as cushy as the 1080 but I guess that is to be expected. So far they are working out fine. The width doesn't feel quite as wide as the 1080's.

I shoes are nice, but this pair that I just purchased fit a little snug. I like the color of the shoes. They have a nice design .

Had my doubts about ordering online. But they were perfect! Would like to see more heel padding on the insole, small issue. Great brand, always get NewBalance never disappointed!!!

I ordered this pair of shoes for my son. He is 6'4" tall, and weighs in at a hefty 290 lbs. He is a power lifter, and wrestler. It is hard to find a comfortable pair of shoes for this gentle giant. He absolutely loved them! We will be ordering more when he is ready for a new pair of shoes.

I bought this NB because I wanted a leather outer for daily walks. This shoe is cushy but solid and a reasonable price point. The heel and ankle feel tight and secure. I also like the two tabbed laces across the arch for easier tightening and less lace slip. However, the toe box goes very wide at the bottom two laces and then a long wide toe box without an additional lace slot. On my foot, it means i can't tighten up the toe box which make me feel less secure. If i pull the bottom two laces tight then it pinches me at the lower arch instead of the ball of my foot or lower.

Fits well over AFOs. However, the insoles must be removed and the inside of the sneaker wears through quickly with AFOs rubbing against the insides.

Shoe is just fine. The customer service reps could help me out quickly, but their hands are so tied by the protocols in place, that it took nearly 10 days to solve a problem that could have been handled in the first phone call, which btw, I was on hold for 45 minutes. I had four more follow up phone calls to solve my concern, all with minimum hold times of 10-15 minutes, some much longer. Just allow the rep to help the customer immediately if it is less than $25!!!
