I had an accident last year that mangled my big right toe. I was having trouble finding a shoe to work out in and this shoe fit the bill. Plenty of space for comfort without feeling so loose that the shoe slips off easily. Highly recommend for guys with wide feet. Already bought a second pair.

these are my new go to kicks, use them for long walks or just everyday use, they offer enough support to wear jogging on treadmill.

I’m still wearing my narrow Adrenaline GTS 17’s, two pair with a little life left. Tried on the new pair and they very comfortable. Until I start using them on my 5K daily walks, time will tell on their durability.

These are my first Brooks running shoes. So far I'm pleased with feel and performance. They are cushy but not too much. They feel light on my feet and have good support. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the heel is wider than I would like, especially since I got a B width.

Shoe fit great as expected. The previous model worked great, but this is even better with improved upper, and sole with more cushion but a little more responsive.

The sole is great as usual. I’ve never had any problems with Brooks Adrenalines in the past. But these ones are unwearable for more than a few hours. There is excess material inside where the tongue is stitched in. This material rubs across the top of the foot, even with the laces loosened to the point where the shoe wants to fall off. I wouldn’t recommend these.

I over pronate a little bit and have a size 12 4e foot. My first Brooks were the Ghosts, and I loved the balance of cushioning and width. I tried the Asics gel Kayano 25's and they were still a little tight in the toe box. Next I tried the Brooks Beast 16's and they were like bricks on my feet. So then I tried the Adrenaline GTS 19's and I do believe I found my new favorite running shoes! Perfect balance of cushioning, toe box width, and just enough arch support. Thinking of purchasing a second pair!

With so many shoe companies (yes, you Nike and New Balance) making shoes smaller and, more importantly, narrower, I'm so glad Brooks still understands what 4E means when it comes to width. This is my 2nd pair of Brooks shoes and won't be my last. They are stylish and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because Brooks only carries limited colors in my size (15 4E). A shoe might come in 10 colors but only 2 will be available in my size. I wish that would change.

I really like this sneaker. I have a narrow foot with a nerve compression in between the second and third toe (metatarsalgia). It feels like a rock under that portion of my toes/ball of foot. Though I am narrow I need a wide shoe. These wide sneakers are narrow (for me). I needed to reorder an extra wide because any lateral compression causes pain between the area I described. Nice shoe just not wide enough.

I prefer the GTS 18 to this newer version due to the fact that the curved structure line at the top of the shoe near the toe has been removed - making the shoe look a bit sloppy. That being said, Brooks is still my #1 go to for running shoes compared to all the other brands (and I have tried them all) in terms of true width in extra wide sizes that still offer comfort, stability and good arch support. I am a woman with wide feet and bunions to boot so wearing men's running shoes has become my only viable option. I normally wear an 8.5-9 in women's and convert to a 7.5 4EE in men's for a perfect fit - allowing a 1/2 size up which is recommended when buying running shoes. I have walked and jogged miles in these right out of the box in complete comfort. Of course the color options are limited for me in terms of style - but these don't look bad at all. The color of the laces can be changed out for a more feminine touch if desired.

Normally with Merrels and Keens I wear a regular width shows. With these I had to go wide and they fit but don't really seem like they're a wide shoe. Very cushioned feel. I normally use orthotics but may not have to with these. I need a bit of time to see how my knees feel wearing them for an extended period of time. They are a bit pricey but seem to be a well designed shoe and I like the shoe finder section on Brooks site.

Shoe fit very well even after I put my orthotics in the shoes. I am using them for working out and these are the first shoes I have had in a long time that really feel like they fit correctly.
My order arrived very quickly and was packaged well.

Would be a great shoe like previous versions but the fabric around the toe wears out quickly. I've gone through 2 pairs and could see my sock around my big toe after a couple of months (around 150 miles). Way too expensive to wear out that quickly.

GTS 18 was my first shoe and it was awesome. I rock with as 4E it makes for a challenge trying to get color. But that shoe felt so good. I tried the GTS 19 and I have to say the change for me was not good. Going to try and find GTS 18 on my next purchase.

I had to return the GTS 19. I have purchased the GTS 17's and 18's And were satisfied with he fit of the previous models. The 19's run slightly bigger and the size 13's felt too roomy. I'm fearful the size 12 may be too small.

I have Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16's and they have been the best shoe I've ever owned. I love them! Unfortunately, they are literally falling apart now. I purchased some Adrenaline GTS 19's online in the same exact size and was unable to wear them. I wore them for a very short time in the house to see how they would feel, but in that short time my foot got so sore I had to take them off. They didn't feel anything at all like my GTS 16's. I returned them and ended up buying some Asics. Very disappointed!

Had many pairs of these shoes in the past, great support. Not sure the newer model will benefit me. My left ankle rolls in slightly. Without a firm post, the guide rails do not shift my ankle back in a neutral position. I've run in them a few times and I get a little pain in that ankle joint. The shoes feel great when I put them on, but I feel it's more suited for a neutral runner.
Brief excerpt on Brooks Adenaline: While support or stability shoes have historically solved only for overpronation with a medial post, this GuideRail technology shifts the focus of support from your foot to your knee. Brooks explains GuideRails like bumpers on a bowling alley: A medial bumper guides your foot back to a neutral position if it rolls too far to the inside, while a lateral (or outside) bumper does the same if your foot rolls outward.
My opinion is that the design team from Brooks botched this shoe as a support shoe. The best bumpers will not solve the motion control issues for runners who overpronate. I would give this shoe 2 stars for a support shoe, but 4 to 5 stars for a neutral shoe. Please bring back the adrenaline with a firm medial post.

Like many, I was a huge fan of the Adrenaline GTS 18 and found the GTS 19 to be a step down. It feels a half size too big and the support actually hurt my ankle. The width was perfect but the shoe felt like it was turning my feet slightly inward. Thank goodness for the excellent return policy. I exchanged these for the GTS 20. Hopefully the 19 was just a fluke!

True to size, and super light. Had all the colors one could ask for. Keep up with the black on black on black option on other shoes for us less flashy and needed for work folks. Great show but as a extremely flat footed person they just didn't agree with me. I need more support and cushion. So it always going to be me and the Addiction, Beast or Transcend. Nice looking show and light like I said but sent back and waiting on the next Addiction to drop. Brooks are the best as a whole hands down though.

The GTS 19 feels a little narrow in toe area. Good foot bed feel. Style could use a little boost. While my P3s were superior in every way and P6s fell apart quickly I’m hopeful that the GTS are more like the P3.

My son liked this sneaker but felt it was a bit big, so we went with a different Brooks sneaker.

Overall, the shoes are satisfactory. I was put off by the garish white color of the soles; gray would have been classier looking, although the white soles might be helpful if one were running or walking on a dark night without a light.

This is my second pair of the GTS 19's. Prior to these shoes I had 3 pairs of the 18's and I am not a fan of whatever changes were made between the two models. The designs are fine but the actual structure of the shoe/sole is not as comfortable nor does it hold its shape as well as the 18's.

I have these shoes a shot since I have flat feet and the running store evaluation said it's more ideal for me to wear shoes with support. I don't like these shoes at all. It may just be me since I've only worn neutral cushion shoes like the ghosts and have never had any issues. I'm giving it 3 stars since the shoes aren't bad but supportive shoes aren't really comfortable for my flat feet
