Fit great.. I didn't believe it but they are more comfortable than the GTS 18... they're still very new so we'll see how they do as they get completely broken in but so far they have exceeded my expectations.

I have had Brooks Adrenaline 17 and 18s and felt both were excellent shoes. The Adrenaline 19s take comfort to an entirely new level. The subtle change in construction (I am guessing the GuideRails support system) has increased to cushioning of this model. I love them and am ordering a second pair.

These shoes have helped to ease my knee pain. The support is helpful with all types of workout activities.

shoe size, both length and width are staying consistent year after year. this makes ordering an easy situation. Due to the corovid 19 lock down, this consistency made ordering a breeze.

Best purchase I've made in a while as far as comfort, but the only bad thing is the sole started to slowly detach on the back after a month and a half of having them.

Use as basketball referee shoe. Best shoe I've ever bought for this purpose. Wish Brooks made The Beast in all black.

Amazingly comfortable, I don't want to take them off. I wish they were better winter insulated, I would have given them 5 stars!!

The shoe did not accommodate a prosthetic inside the shoe for my right foot. The shoe was comfortable without the prosthetic. All of the other Brooks running shoes I bought have accommodated the prosthetic in the past

I had to buy a half size larger than normal shoe size. A little wide in the toe area. However, feeling good and wearing well!

I'd give it a 4.5 Very good stability shoe that has solved all my lower leg / knee and hip problems. Like most high milage shoes the tread tends to wear sooner than you'd like.

These are very comfortable and work well with orthotics. As other reviewers have mentioned, however, the uppers seem to tear easily. They still work fine - are comfortable and provide good support - but look a bit ratty within a month or two - so it aesthetics is important to you this may not be your shoe

The fit was as expected (size 11 = 11), and they are decent every day trainers. This is a bit more shoe than what I have historically preferred, and I guess that they will be pretty durable because of that. I do not expect to do any fast tempo workouts, nor track days with them - though they might be suitable for such workouts for people that need a "stable" shoe with plenty of medial support. All of the Brooks shoes I have worn in the past have been well made and these Adrenalines appear to continue to fulfill that expectation.

The material is not very durable. Less than a year and I had rips on the outside.

Fit is perfect. Stoked they had a 12.5. Tired of ordering 13 cause other brands only have 12 or 13.

I had the GTS 18 and was very pleased with the sneaker. I run about 3 miles + almost every day the the sneaker has held up well and kept me injury free.

I have a small, wide foot so it's not easy to find running shoes to fit. I used to wear Nike, then Asics but those two companies have narrowed their designs. Brooks makes very comfortable, cushy wide shoes. I'm not crazy about the new sneaker styles from any of the companies mentioned (most of them are pretty similar) but these are very comfortable. I have had good luck with Brooks and will continue to wear them.

Material and design of the shoe are great. Lightweight yet great support. Only thing is they are a little on the snug size. Half a size small in length and definitely small in the width.

I love the Adrenalines and I've been running in them since the GTS 2. Since I'm a pronator they are really the only running shoe I will buy. I just wish the would bring back the trail version (ASR).

Shoe is really great and a perfect fit for my foot which is narrow in the heel and wider in the toe area. Only negative with the shoe are the laces. They seem to be too narrow for the lacing holes and twist into a narrow rope. Have re-laced them several times and nothing seems to work. Great shoe otherwise.

I used to wear a size 9 in the GTS adrenaline 18 but had to go down a half size to feel comfortable in these. The size 9 my have been slightly larger but narrower, so it was more comfortable — I’m not sure. After the first run, they felt great. I don’t find the guide rails to be overly supportive.

I'm not a very technical runner, so I can't offer much in the way of details for a review, but I will say that I've run in the Adrenaline GTS 17 and 18, and prefer the 19 to both of them. I'm a week and a half in and I definitely find them more comfortable, with the possible single exception of the rear edge—I've got a bit of back-of-heel abrasion after a ten-mile run two nights ago. That may be just because they're still pretty new, though. Other than that, I feel like my strides are hitting more lightly and I appear to have more speed, since I just beat my 10K time by over a full minute. I'm happy with these, even though the Adrenaline price seems to go up every year (paid $80 and $90 for the 17 and 18, respectively).

I am 5’ 10” 220lbs, have very flat, wide feet and over pronate quite a bit. I ordered this shoe to try to get some motion control without going all-in on the $160 Beast. These, although they look great and seem very well made, just didn’t feel right for me. I initially ordered a 12EE which felt a bit too narrow, so I sent them back for 12EEEE to see if this helped. The width of the extra wide was a big improvement in comfort, but the shoe has a strange hump on the ball of the foot. The guide rails also did nothing to correct my over pronation. I sent those back and ordered the Beast 18. It turns out that the Beast runs 1/2 size smaller than other Brooks running shoes, so after another return I think I have finally found the shoe. The Brooks Beast in 12.5EEEE seems perfect for me. There is enough arch support to cradle my flat feet comfortably. They feel well planted and solid while still being plush and comfy. They correct my over pronation which has almost completely gotten rid of the pain in my knees and lower back. If you’re a bigger guy, over pronate, and have flat feet, pass on the Adrenaline GTS 19 and order the Beast 18. You’ll be happy you did.

Fits fine. Using a power step with them. The materials are lighter and probably less durable than in previous pairs. But I’m guessing that they are more breathable and will last as long as the sole of the shoe.
