Lived the look but took mountains to get these on. Apparently not good for high arches. Once I got one on, the boot was way too big so they must run big. Returning.

Favorite style!

This was not the item I ordered and the customer support resolving the issue has been really bad. The item I originally ordered is sold out now and my replacement order is still unfulfilled after a week.

Beautifully made boots! Theyre extremely comfortable and just my type! Theyre perfect for any occasion! Dressed up, dressed down, all around any town! Love these boots!

Beyond comfortable - wear them year round

If your looking for a quality product that will never go out of style, this is your forever boot.

I like them a lot they are a bit heavier than my other boots from you. And a little bit bigger but with the right socks that will be fine. I havent worn them yet. Because its hot here. But in a few months from now I will be wearing them. And I love the redwood color that I chosen. And they will go with a lot or other colors. Thank you for making wonderful boots.

Comfortable and cute. I wore these for years and eventually had to have a cobbler fix them because the buckle fell off both sides but it was a quick and easy fix. The only thing I dont like is the upper leather doesnt hold its shape and has become pretty sloppy.

Looked even better than on the website. Shipping was very fast as well!

However, I got the size 12 and they were just too big and clunky after ordering a Veronica size 11 that didnt fit. The black leather is nice but overall just a strange boot, I returned them

I really love the look of these boots although they are stiff & will need more breaking in. Ive worn them probably 18-20 hours total & they have only rubbed one toe. One thing I was disappointed with was a tack/nail poking through on the inside the first time I put them on. I used the back of a spoon to press it back down. Hopefully the nail will not resurface into my foot! Quality of the leather is beautiful & I will wear these for many years.

I love Frye Boots however the heel of the boot is very narrow. If the company would consider making the foot area a little wider this boot would be perfect. The boot was true fit as I wear a size 8.

Too tight in the front, loose in the back

Poor quality, boxy clunky stiff, service to process returns and exchange is a nightmare. After trying three different pairs, returning, paying shipping and three disappointing pairs of boots im done trying to buy Frye. Service is only by email, no one answers phone. I used to respect this American brand but no longer.

Style is undeniable but these run small & narrow.

These are gorgeous and high quality boots, as is expected with Frye. the only reason I knocked off a star is because they are a little loose in the ankle so they lack ankle support which makes them not the most comfortable to walk in. In fairness, I am between an 8.5 and a 9 and got them in 9. Perhaps they would provide more ankle support if I got the smaller size.

I really wanted to love these boots! They are super cute and can be worn with so much. I got the antique black, which really does have a brownish tone to it. Which was fine, I liked the color. I ordered size 10 which was way too big. I was able to easily exchange them for a size 9. The boots simply fit my foot oddly! My heels slipped terribly. And it almost felt like I had two different sized boots on. Again I was able to easily print out a return label and speak with customer service who assured me of a refund once boots are received. Good company, quality footwear, I have several vintage pairs of Frye boots. Again I really wanted to love these boots. If the sizing can be perfected I would repurchase.

Love the color and style. The heel slips a little but otherwise they are fairly comfortable. Wouldn't walk around a theme park in these but I'm not dying to take my shoes off at the end of the day. I do have wide feet and am size 11, and have found that this is the only style of Frye boots that will fit me.

The right foot of the boot is at least a whole size larger. I want to return or exchange the boot for the proper size or another style. I cannot wear the boots at all. Very disappointed. It seems like the quality of the fabric has changed.

Love this boot. Looks good w all skirts, jeans, and skinny pants. Color is rich and compliments any outfit.

These were a gift. They did not fit and I was told that I could not return them. I would have exchanged them for a purse. I now have a 300 pair of boots. My sister said she could barely get them on, once on they were big inside. The website recommended to order 1/2 size larger
