Like the title says, the boots are very stylish, but people with wide feet need not apply. I ordered a half size up, and it did nothing to make the shoe more comfortable. I really wanted these boots to work out, and Im disappointed that this company hasnt taken steps to expand their sizing to include wide boots.

I love the boot, but the fit is not ideal. The 7.5 is too big but I feel that the 7 would be too small. (I am normally a size 6.5- 7 womens)

Color is great.. but 8.5 was to big.. I returned them and 8 seems small . Im surprised as I have 3 pair of Frye combat Boots in an 8 and theyre great!!

I wanted to love these boots, but there were several problems: 1. The boots had a horrible odor that never went away even after I had them sitting out for several days 2. The fit was painful they immediately pinched my toes and the sides of my feet. The leather was so rigid, I couldnt get them broken in after trying for several days of walking in them. They were also made in Mexico, not the US. I had an older pair of Frye mules that were made in the US and they had a pleasant leather scent 3. I had to pay $12 to return the boots in the past 10+ years of buying products online, I have always gotten free returns I was very disappointed that I had to pay to return them! 4. The boot is rigid, the fit is tight and narrow and they smelled horrible!

Would have been the 4th pair of Frye boots in my wardrobe but the sole was so supernaturally stiff and the heel cup so oddly narrow that I had to return them. They would not stay on my feet as I walked. They are beautiful to look at and fit true to size in the toe box. The return process is difficult and it took 3 attempts with customer support to get a shipping label.

I am trying to return these boots because they are too small and can't get a response back from Frye - VERY frustrating!!

Cute boots, great quality. Run slightly big especially if you have thin ankles and narrow feet, get half size smaller!

The boots are beautiful. I could smell leather through the box, love it. I ordered a 7 - that's what was recommended. When I got them they were Huge on me. So I had to exchange them for a 61/2 which is what I normally wear. The exchange was very simple and very quick!! The new boots were extremely tight, so tight they hurt. I stuffed them with fluffy socks and filled them so full that after leaving them for a couple days like that, I wore them and they were better, and I know they'll get stretched out naturally the more I wear them. I love them! My first pair of Frye boots!!

I had to return my first pair because the sizing was wrong. I got the correct size last week and I love them.

The boot was too big in the heel and toe box. It was beautifully crafted and I love the color.

Great look, comfortable, well-crafted, timeless style. I have a slender foot so the medium width feels a tad wide, but its ok with the right sock. Very happy with the purchase.

the arch is tight and toe narrow. I have to do a serious stretching and I order 1/2 size up and still have to stretch.

Company is a rip off charging $12.00 for shipping and because the boot was to small charged me and additional $12.00 to return the item back to Frye. Total charge to my card for shipping fees was $25.07 not $24.00. Will never order from Frye again and would not recommend no one to order from you. You lost a potential customer by doing this.

These boots are great gorgeous leather beautiful color great style but the toebox is just too short and I think they run a little narrow. I usually wear a 9 1/2 but went up to a 10 and that was good lengthwise. Also wish Frye would consider a lavender boot In this style.

Color & style as described. A little tight in toe area at first but stretches rot a more comfortable feel after wear. Overall great item. Love it.

Heel flops and pulls my socks down. No arch support. Slippery-not great for real work which is why I bought them. I give it one star because I was supposed to get 30% off. I got $30.00. The $6.00 shipping insurance was forced on me. I tried to delete it three times during the ordering process. They would not refund. No one answeres the phone at Customer Service (what a joke). No one replied to my e-mail. I only got a response through instagram. I would not buy anything from this company.

I like the feel of the leather and the shoe takes a shine. It looks sharp!

The overall quality of the boots is very nice, however, after I began wearing them, I realized that although they fit, the heel is quite loose and slips when I walk causing a lot of discomfort when I have to walk any kind of distance. It is unfortunate because they are very nice boots, but I really can't wear them for functional, day-to-day errands, work, etc. The other disappointing aspect is that I have repeatedly contacted customer service to see if there is any possibility to exchange them, and have received no response. I would have expected more from a reputable company such as Frye and am unlikely to purchase from them again.

I don't think this is an authentic website even though it looks convincing- they received my return but never processed the (preapproved) refund and there is NO customer service available! The phone number hangs up on you, all seven emails have been ignored, and the online chat never responds to a message!

It was recommended that I size up but they slip off my heel.
