If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. I just received my boots last night and they run so small but the description in this item says "true to size", which is false. I usually wear a 7 or 7. 5, I ordered on the higher size and now these do not fit. I never noticed the "final sale" on the listing and I am being told by customer service that there is no way for me to exchange them. I even offered to pay more money to have the transaction done but I was denied. NEVER AGAIN!!! I own a retail store and was considering bringing in Frye as a new line, but that will NOT be happening now. Super disappointed!

Looks amazing. A touch narrow at tow and a little wide at ankle, but still comfortable.

ordered these for Christmas gift for my wife based on size from 2 other styles of Frye boots she owns used my business address expecting UPS delivery and they handed it off to USPS by the time realized they had sent them back and I had to reorder and pay $40 more for next day delivery then when they didn't fit was told they were not returnable will not be ordering from Frye again!

I just opened the box! The leather smells so good. Beautiful boots! I have not worn these yet. I will say if I didn't have a shoe horn I would've never got my foot in the boot. I will update in a couple months. Love them right now!!

I purchase these online I tried them on and they hurt your feet and weigh 100lbs. After three attempts to reach out to customer service they finally answered and told me that they were final sale and couldnt be returned. Maybe now it is final but when I purchased them it DID NOT state final sale. I would have not purchased them if it said that. Very poor customer service from which I thought was a great company since they have been around forever. Very disappointed and will never buy Frye again.

I bought the Veronica boots 1. 5 yrs ago. From the beginning they were uncomfortable, but thought they would mold to my feet and become comfortable. Unfortunately they are still uncomfortable! I even brought them to shoemaker because the heal slips when I walk. They put an insert in but it doesnt help. The boot is very stiff I dont wear often being my feet hurt with them. I am very disappointed after spending that money ! I dont recommend these boots. For a long time I looked at them and admired the way they looked online and gave in to buying them. Big mistake!

The fit on these is horrible. I've owned many pairs of Frye boots over the years and the fit on these is completely off. A 9 always fits. These are too narrow in the toe box and too wide in the heals. Unfortunately, they were a Christmas gift from my husband and are final sale. I have no idea what to do with them.

The boots are like boats on your ankles. My heels flip out at every step. Apparently this is Final Sale, but nowhere online did it say they would not be eligible for returns. I even got return instructions in the box, only to find out they cant be returned. How is that an acceptable business practice? I have been a loyal Frye fan but this may have me contacting my credit card company to dispute charges.

These are horrible shoes. I bought these shoes for a Christmas gift for my mom. The shoes rub against her heel, causing pain in her foot. Tried to get an exchange and was told I could not exchange the shoes. These is horrible service.

They really hurt my feet! Hopefully after wearing them for a while they will feel better!

They are snug on the foot but the heel comes out a bit when walking. The leather on the ankle doesnt match the pic on website (its not cobblestone). One boot was cobblestone leather and the other was smooth. Clearly made from different batches. One boot looked used and scuffed. And their customer service is terrible. I purchased as final sale- which would have been fine if they had sent me 2 matching new boots. But they sent mismatched, unmatched boots. And still wouldnt allow for an exchange (I didnt need a refund- just wanted 2 new boots!) but Frye doesnt care. They just care about their bottom line. I will never give them my business again.

I have never ordered Frye boots before. I wasnt sure what size, so I chose a size I thought would fit with boot socks. Once I received them, I quickly found out they were too big. I did not honestly notice that it was a final sale. I called and explained my situation and asked for at least an exchange as I still saw the smaller size available. I called and was told they couldnt help me. I told them I was very upset as a first-time customer. I told her because of this I will not order from Fryes again. She said someone would get back to me. It has been 3 days and I still have not heard back. I will never order from Fryes again. Horrible first experience.

Dislike them. Wish I could return. Not worth the money

I absolutely LOVE THE LOOK of these boots, but unfortunately, they are incredibly uncomfortable. Especially when I compare them to every other Frye boots that I have. The hill pinch is really tight to the point where I couldnt even get it on and these are half a size bigger than I usually get.

I am completely disappointed and in no way will ever be a repeat customer. This was my fourth pair of Frye boots. They are all size 7. The boots that arrived would not fit even if I wore 2 pairs of socks and tightened the buckle on the side. Apparently I cant return or exchange them for another pair. I am now left with unwearable trash .

I don't wear wide width shoes, but I could not even slip these shoes on. They are being returned.

The opening of the boot was so small I couldnt get my foot inside the boot. The boot itself ran big when I placed my foot alongside the outside of the boot. I wear a B width shoe. Perhaps a narrow foot wouldnt encounter this problem.

Beautiful, perfect

Bought a pair last year in black. Had to buy a brown pair this year. So soft and so comfortable. I normally wear a 6.5 to 7. The first pair I bought a 6.5. Too tight on my foot. Gave them to my daughter and have 7s in both now. Perfect.

Please tell me my pair is defective.How does any one wear these boots? They are beyond painful.

The boots are perfect! Theyre well made and look great. The fit is true to size.
