I love the look of these shoes. Length is great, style is awesome, but they are way too narrow to be a medium width. Returning.

Disappointed. Ordered wide but still too narrow, feet are killing me by the end of the day. Also, a bit longer than true size. The material, however, is very nice, good quality leather. Very nice style, received LOTS of compliments.

cute shoe!! Narrow across the toes, though. I ordered a 5.5. A 6 will be too long.

The toe box is too pointy to accommodate my wide feet even though I tried the wide shoe.

I love the style but unfortunately did not fit. Had to send them back.

i loved the look of these shoes, however had to return because they were too small. It was really good that i ordered wide but they were just too snug. Sadly not what i could wear. starting a new job that will have me on my feet for hours, wanted something stylish with comfort.

I got the 7 wide, and it fits like a 7.5 regular. They seemed a little tight at first, but I didn't notice the extra space in the heel until I wore them for an entire day. So too late to return. I was hoping this was a one off issue, as Clarks is my go-to brand, but the Clarks Juliet Lora I bought in 7 wide also fits like a 7.5 regular. The soles are really comfy and the shoe is super cute - I get a surprising number of comments wearing them. I'm wearing them with thicker socks to stretch out the ball of the foot, and it's slowly working.

A beautiful shoe! The aubergine color is perfect - dark but with a hint of color that is not black. Unfortunately, the heel slips, although the toes felt like they had room - unlike other reports. My normal size is 7.5. I ordered a comparison in 7, and alas the heel was good, but now the toes did feel cramped after a few hours. So sad to send these back. They look great with slacks or skirts, and made my foot look good!

I tried a 9w and a 9.5w. Usually I’m a 9w or regular 9.5, but the larger wide was better for me in this shoe. While comfortable enough, I could tell the arch support wasn’t enough to get me through a day, and overall, they looked frumpy on me. Would have overlooked the frumpy if it had better support. Returned them and will keep searching for a good loafer style show.

I loved the style and quality of these shoes, but the insole isn't removable. I use orthotics and they don't fit into shoes that have attached or glued insoles. So I had to return them. I can't judge the comfort because I couldn't wear them, but I was unable to submit the review unless I entered something. So I gave them one star.

love the shoe but even the wide too narrow

Not very comfortable for standing a lot.

I don’t know when Clark’s began to add a strip of cushion to the back of the shoe but it is not comfortably. It actually hurts the back of my foot so i cannot wear any of their new shoes. Hence, i had to return their shoes. They also run 1/2 size too big. They look great though.

The leather is nice but the shoe is too narrow. I am sending them back.

The style is cute, but the size didn't work for me. For me, Clark's shoes usually run narrow, so I ordered these in wide width. I started with 7 Wide. It was too big in length. I exchanged to 6.5 wide, but it just didn't fit well. The width in the front of the foot was good, but then the heel was too big, and the shoes slipped off my heels. They seemed like they'd be comfortable for standing/walking if the size would work. Since my feet are wide in the front but narrow in the heel, this style just won't work for me.

I really love these shoes but they are killing my feet as I sit here. I have another size 6.5 W Clark’s that slide off my heels. I wish the sizes were more consistent,

I usually wear an 8, but sometimes 8.5. I ordered an 8, which was too small, so I'll order the 8.5 and see how it fits. Love the style and quality.

Too tight wearing any kind of sock (and the shoe seems like a shoe you would wear with socks). Also looked a little too casual to wear for work. Returning.

I wanted so badly to love these; beautiful design and just what I was looking for to wear to work, but my heels couldn't take it :( The heels felt soft and smooth but rubbed my skin raw in several places on both sides. Super sad to have to return these :(

I have a barely wide foot and normally wear a women's 10.5 regular width. Tried the 11 wide and it was much too narrow. Was hoping the sole wasn't very flexible but it bends a great deal. I have several Morton's neuromas on the bottom of both feet and these shoes are too flexible in the sole and too narrow. My custom orthotic made them painfully tight across my mid foot. Otherwise a very nicely styled shoe with very soft and supple yet sturdy leather.

Nice looking shoe for work. I ordered a wide width, yet it still pinched a little in the front, but not too bad. Unfortunately, the backs of the shoes left cuts on my ankles by the second day. Won’t be wearing them again.

I wear an 11.5 but size up to 12 since 11.5 is hard to find. These shoes were SO small and narrow that I could barely get them on. They gave me foot cleavage! It’s a shame because I love the style.

Thought I would like this style of shoe but it’s not me. Plus this style was huge. I wear a size 10 and this shoe was just tooooo big. If I had liked the style more I would have exchanged for a smaller size. I like shopping Zappos great customer service great return policies and fast delivery.
