This is my second pair of these shoes. The first ones I purchased last spring in patent leather. I would purchase a third pair in all leather if they had my size! These shoes are AMAZING and look great w/ jeans, ankle pants, and crops. I am a meeting planner and wear them on days when I walk over 10,000 steps and they are still comfortable.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable and supportive. They’re rubbing a little bit behind my ankle, but other than that they’re the perfect work shoe for me.

I just received these and tried them on for size and I don't want to take them off! They feel like comfort shoes, look super stylish, and are classic enough that I won't have to worry about them going out of fashion anytime soon. They're well cushioned inside and feel substantial enough that they'll wear well. I might have to order another color...

Tried to wear all day and my feet killed me! Basically no support and stretched out after one wearing. Not happy, giving them away.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to award for style. These shoes are so cool! The little strip of black patent leather elevates them to a higher level than a standard loafer. Dress them up or down and feel confident that they are adding style to your outfit.

I've been looking for a chic black loafer to wear with shorts or capris...well, as chic as a loafer can be with a wide with because of slightly wide feet and a bunion. I was really hopeful that these loafers would fit the bill, but one step in the shoes and my heel was completely out of the shoe. They were great in the front foot area, but the heel area was ridiculously wide.

The size was true however I felt the width was narrower than marked. If they had an extra wide I’d exchange them but I am returning them. Very disappointed because I love them.

These have become my everyday shoe - for work and weekends. Cute with jeans, work pants and dresses. I work on a campus so I do a lot of walking. Apart from having to break them in (Band-Aides over blisters for about one week), these are now comfortable and long-wearing.

The shoes were what I was looking for: classic leather loafers that could stand up to a lot of walking in the city. The thicker tread on the sole makes that possible and the patent band on the top makes it so they can be dressed up or down. Fit: I took a chance and chose a 7.5 wide, based on reviews that they run narrow. This is not typical for me, my foot is not wide, but it is not narrow either. I definitely made the correct choice — they are comfortable out of the box. The 7.5 regular would have been tight in the forefoot and I’m sure now an 8 reg would have been long and slip off the back. Overall, I am very happy with these!

The heel was narrow and rubbed. Very sad. Love Clarks and the style of this shoe, but it hurts to wear. Have to return it.

This is a beautiful color. Clark's shoes have always been a comfortable shoe maker. This style is a multi use loafer, meaning great to work and great with jeans. Please note to clients who have a very very narrow heel ( as I do ) the top of the loafer does not come all the way up the top of the foot. So I sadly have to return and continue my hunt for loafers that have full coverage or tie shoes. If you love deep rich dark aubergine, this loafer will not disappoint you.

I normally wear an 11.5 wide or a 12 'regular'. When ordering a 12, I never have to get a wide, but these i will have too. These felt very snug on my foot especially on my heel. They may stretch a bit down the road, but I can't bare it. I will have to return or see if another style comes in a 12 wide

This is a gorgeous shoe and I so wanted to keep it. Felt perfect on my left foot but ever so loose on the right. Because I would be walking a lot in this shoe I was concerned it could be a problem so returned it.

These are the most comfortable loafers I have ever worn. I wear them to work every day. The insole cushion has excellent arch support and a cloud like feel and bounce. Very true to size and width - I am a size 7M and they were perfect. Beautiful material on the upper and the outsole. Classic Clark shoe.

very nicely made shoe, and the patton leather strap gives it extra style. I bought it for a trip i'm taking, but chose another shoe instead. i bought the 7.5, but I should have got 8.

These shoes have a great look, but they are narrow for me especially in my left foot. The side of my toe is pressed up again the inside of the shoe. It is very uncomfortable for me.

I ordered wide width. The shoes are marked medium width, but the box says wide. I wanted to be able to wear socks some of the time with these. I am not sure I will be able to. Time will tell. Overall, I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I couldn't be more excited for loafers to be in style again!

These shoes were super cute! I loved the color (Aubergine) and the style. Unfortunately, the fit wasn't ideal. My feet are probably on the wide side of normal, but not to the point I've ever needed a "wide" shoe. These shoes were just a bit too narrow for comfort.

I'm very sad that I have to return these. They're beautiful, but they're not as wide as other D width shoes I own - even from Clark's.

I love the look of these shoes and usually have great luck with Clarke's shoes. These were just too narrow and so I'm sending them back.

The size 9W is a medium or narrow, NOT a W. It felt like a tourniquet on the foot--stopped the blood flow. This is not a genuine wide width shoe.

I bought this shoe for work since I do get tired of heels. They’re really comfortable, very sleek, and make me feel polished! The colors go well with a variety of slacks in the fall or spring! Highly recommend these.

Really comfortable shoes for work. Would look great with cropped jeans too.

These shoes are true to fit. I will be wearing thin compression socks with them so the width is perfect. Had I been wearing a heavier sock, I may have wanted to order a wider version. Love the style with slacks.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I have the black pair and just purchased the navy. I have narrow feet and usually Clarks are too wide, but these fit like a glove. I wish they made brown, I'd get them too!
