It looked cheap in design.

These are gorgeous shoes. Had to return the first pair because the fabric pattern wasn’t straight.

Super comfy right out of the box. These are stylish loafers that go great with just about everything. I can easily wear these all day from office to evening.

Out of the box, the Arlie is classy and sophisticated as loafers go. It's solidly constructed of premium feeling leather, yet light to hold. The patent band gives it a nice touch. I like the full coverage of this loafer style. They were soft and comfortable in the foot bed. They seemed to fit best with no sock or a very light sock. For me, the left shoe rubbed at the back of my foot and for that concern I had to return them. Otherwise I really liked this shoe.

Smart shoe for business wear or casual

Great shoe for work, easy to compliment business casual outfits. Ready to wear, no break in needed.

This is a good shoe for the office, pairs well with business causal. I was able to wear them beginning day one all day, no break in needed. This shoe runs narrow, I had to order a wide.

I would give these 10 stars if I could! I have the Raisie Eletta from last year, and I love them. So, I had to have these. The leather is exquisite, and the style is beautiful. The shoes are comfortable and stylish and can be worn straight out of the box. I may buy a second color.

Really nice looking shoes, but very narrow heel. They dig in at the top.I even tried the next half size up. Too bad

I ordered my usual 8s, but in the wide as that seemed what worked for a lot of reviewers (I don't normally get wide sizes). The problem wasn't the width, it was the length. It felt a full size larger. I checked and I did get the right size. The aubergine color is very dark, it's a nice alternative to a black because it has a bit of color but almost hard to tell it isn't black so will go with many things.

I had read many reviews about Clarks Raisie Arlie and decided to try it. I like the look of the shoe, very stylish and the color was _Navy_ was one that I needed. It is classic in style, casual yet chic. I liked the comfort and fit the first time I put them on and am excited about pairing them with different outfits.

made my foot look big but cute shoe

I usually wear an 8.5 in Clark’s. These felt big at first so I tried 8s which I thought would work. After several test runs in the house I ended up staying with the 8.5. 8 was too narrow for my toes ultimately. There is a break in period with these. They are somewhat stiff at first. Style is spot on. I wanted a dressier casual shoe, understated that was comfy and I could wear with slim pants. These were perfect for that purpose. They are very nice looking. I purchased the black leather and synthetic combo. Only drawback with these is the insole is not removable. There is a little arch but I would like more arch support so I may have to rip out the insole that is glued in to use a better one. There is adequate padding so if that’s all you need these work. Overall I’m happy with this shoe, especially at the sale price point.

I was confused by the width label of B as Medium. I usually think of B as narrow and C as Medium. These are definitely too narrow in the toe box. Unfortunately I cannot return them since I wore them as soon as they arrived. Should have gone with the wide (D) even though I usually wear medium. I was really excited about receiving these shoes but I mis-ordered.

Beautiful shoe and sad that they felt a little too narrow for me. I have bunions I need to work with and these just did not work.

Very cute but unfortunately the angle on the front toe box cut too much and impinged on my toes. I had to return.

I am usually very hesitant about purchasing shoes online without trying them on but I am familiar with Clarks shoes and sizes. This shoe was true to size, made with really nice leather and comfortable to boot! I have a bunion on my right side of my right foot that I was concerned would irritate it but it did not. I am happy with the product.

I have Clarks from last year, in a 7 medium. This pair feels a whole size smaller and is too narrow. Such a disappointment. The length is the same when I put them against my old Clarks. I might exchange them for a pair if Vionic loafers. A lot more comfortable and they will fit for sure. But then they are double the price.

Very comfortable shoe with good support. Nice upgrade from typical black flats.

I am very happy with the look and fit of these shoes. I have a wide toebox and a narrow heel - a medium width fits me well. The shoes are reasonably comfortable, but I am ready to take them off after wearing them for 8 hours or more. I would not wear them if I had to do a lot of walking. I like the fact that they work with both casual and more dressy outfits. They were exactly what I was looking for in a black loafer!

8.5 Wide was not a true wide. It felt narrow in the toe box, narrower than a standard 8.5. The aubergine color is pretty as is the shoe. Nice soft leather. Comfy footbed

These are a nice shoe, but fit much to large on me. I'm between a 10 and 11 and these just don't fit. I ordered the wide, but unless you have a really wide foot, the medium/regular width should be fine. Seems like a very comfortable shoe and great for walking.

I wanted this shoes to work as it is both attractive and comfortable. In the end, I had to accept they were a little too long and the sides bent when I walked. Sadly, they had to go back. On the positive side for someone purchasing; the shiny band across the top really elevates the look and I like the tan colored band between the upper part of the shoe and the sole. Comfortable and well-made. I wear a Size 5 so there was no going down.

Really comfy in terms of support. But as other reviewers have mentioned, tight across the ball of the foot. I'm keeping them because it's not so bad that it's a deal breaker. These are big and chunky looking but in a cute way... I think!
