Really cute shoes, but not enough arch support for me and the insoles are not removable for my orthotics. This is also true for the Clarks Sharon Dolly style; had to send both back. I would call the arch support in these shoes "minimal" not moderate, but that isn't a choice.

These looked lovely but the narrowness of the toe box felt too snug.

These shoes have a traditional appearance which allows them to be worn with casual or work attire.Too bad they did not fit. I am considering ordering a half size larger.

Aubergine Leather color is beautiful. Shoe appears well made and stylish, but the wide size is not quite wide enough for my bunions and the heel is too wide & slips. Sadly returning.

I ordered all 3 color choices because my first purchase in aubergine was so comfortable...no more pain standing during a 2 hr presentation! BUT, the tweed felt tighter immediately so they were returned. And I tried them on back to back with the black so there's definitely a sizing issue with the tweed. I also didnt reorder a larger size because there was less contrast brteen the black and tweed on the shoe in person so I didnt think i needed since the black works great. If you are buying 1 pair and want the tweed, go for it...just order up and wide. Because the soles are amazing.

Order in wide, thought the front of the shoe would be a little wider but it is not. Maybe wide width means its for those with thick ankles?

A little too hunky for me. Like a “hiker” loafer.

Too small!

I got these in eggplant and love them. They're super comfortable and great for work. They've got the fuzzy version of the Clark's insole, which I find a bit warm. Other than that, they're perfect. No break in period -- the leather is soft, so they're comfortable right away.

These shoes felt just a little tight for a size 9. I kept them because I’ll probably be wearing them to work with thin socks so I don’t anticipate that being too much of a problem.

The shoe was shorter and narrower than typical for a 9. They were not comfortable due to the size issue, but might be if they fit properly. The shoe itself is very cute!

I absolutely loved the style and comfort level but the 8W, which I usually wear was too roomy. Then I tried the 71/2W. That was a little too snug. I will keep the 8 because it is perfect for sl. dressy occasions with the comfort of a flat dressy shoe with great traction for cold months. Thank you for the Zappos customer service it is always a pleasure to do business with you.

I really wanted to love these shoes, they are so cute, when I take a step, the sides bow out terribly. I am so frustrated, Clark shoes are the best. I do not know if I wore them, if they would mold to my foot and stop this, but at the price, I do not think I can take the chance. So sad to send back

I was so excited to receive these today and then saddened that they seem to fit small. I ordered my normal size and my feet were squished. I am reordering a larger size and crossing my fingers!

I may have been wearing Birkenstocks and Keens for far too long. I needed a dressier black shoe and liked the plain-ness of this style. The shoe itself is very light, the leather is beautiful, the insole feels wonderful, the tread seems great for our wet Pacific Northwest sidewalks and streets -- but the whole top part of the shoe (from the toe cap to the throat line) is extremely narrow. When I walked down my hall and back, I got a pain in my foot from the tightness. The shoe didn't seem to bend nicely across the vamp. I have never thought I needed a wide width, but I have re-ordered these in the wide to see if they will work better. Alas, I have to send the medium with back.

I’ve only recently conceded I need to get size 12’s but my heel slipped out of this shoe, it was wide, too. Pretty and otherwise comfortable shoe..

Too short and I did not like the shiny band on the shoe

I was very pleased with the actual look of this shoe. I was not pleased to find that they didn't fit! Even tho supposedly they are 100% true to fit properly. In my case that was not true. I "think" I might need a full size larger.

Very comfortable shoe, I just have a problem with the back rubbing on my achilles heel. Wish I could have kept them!

I wanted to love these shoes - they were exactly what I was searching for. When I wore them around the house to test them, I discovered that the inside padding was elevated a bit towards the outer edge of the shoe, causing my feet to rotate inward. Over time this would be really uncomfortable. Otherwise the fit was right on, the style is great, and they could be a great shoe for someone - just not me.

They are just as cute in person as the picture but they were too long. They seemed very comfortable for walking around and probably would make a great show for a fall vacation to wear with denim or dress pants!

The shoes are nice though too big. I think I’d like them better if the sole was thicker/higher.

I was very pleased with the appearance of this loafer. The insole is soft, slightly spongy but with little arch support. My ideal size is the mythical 11-1/2 and fit on the narrow side of M; I ordered the 12M. It seems true to size both in width and length, however, this shoe is constructed very deeply. I added an insole which improved the fit and comfort. I did return them because they would need a bit of a breaking period, and I needed a shoe that fit perfectly right out of the box as I'm leaving shortly on a trip requiring a lot of walking.

These are so cute. They have good support as well however my heel is narrow and my heel slips out on each stride. Unfortunately did not work out for me.
