I really like the way that the Vionic Jolene fits and feels. However, the toe on the Mocha color is very dark brown compared to the rest of the boot. The dark brown spans approximately 1 inch from the toe of the boot. The darkness on the toe of the boot does not show up very well on the photos on Zappos. I went to the Vionic site and the color change in the leather is much more obvious in their photos. If I would have known, I would not have ordered the booties. Not a big fan of the look.

they're cute but a little darker than expected the toes are super dark brown at the top, even black maybe doesn't have the arch support of normal vionic shoes im used to, but maybe those were special? plus the top of the shoe rubs weirdly against my ankle bone while walking so it was uncomfortable and it only goes up to the ankle bone so i have to be careful of what socks i wear, which is not what i want to ddo...

I ordered my usual size, 7 1/2 Wide. These were not wide enough so had to return.

I ordered these to have a good fall/winter bootie in black - I have several pairs of Vionic shoes & find them to be really great for my feet & helps with my plantar fasciitis issues. I own the Vionic Serena in the greige & thought the Jolene looked to be nearly the same boot w/o suede. I ordered the same size as the Serena but found the fit of the Jolene to be completely different; my foot constantly slid down into the pointed toe box & pinched my toes right from the start. They also seemed a bit larger overall & not a comfy or good fit for me overall. These are going back & will order the Serena instead in black!

These are very cute but the top of the boot hits just below the ankle bone and literally rubbed my skin off in 30 minutes. While I don't require additional arch support, the "arch support" is what I would call an oddly placed bump in the insole. The footbed is comfortable and I could imagine wearing these for an extended period of time if they didn't rub my skin raw. I originally bought a 6 and tried a 6W to see if the opening would be wider and not rub the skin, but it still did. I really wanted to love these but both pairs had to go back.

I really liked the way these looked but they were just way to narrow in the toe box for my feet. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I ordered these in wide, and they are fairly narrow for wides. These don't feel like true wides. I liked the way they looked, they just don't fit my wide feet.

Cute but a lot of slipping in the heel and not enough arch support for me.

This is a very cute boot. I have a wide foot, high arches and narrow heels. I bought a 9.5W, but it was still incredibly tight across the toes. There was also a a weird support/cushion in the center of the sole that was very uncomfortable for me. Planning to return.

The size is a bit larger than my normal .. too much heel slippage and the ankle is too wide. My husband liked them more style wise than others I tried on, he said they looked more professional.. I agree when compared to the Naot Helm

Really disappointed in arch support. I have high arches, which is what brought me to this brand. These insoles provide moderate arch support, not good for high arches. I would have to replace the insole with my own orthotic. What I like the best is the heel, which is a little dressy and yet comfortable to walk on. However, the zipper on the outside? What a deal-killer. It doesn't look nice and, worse, makes it very difficult to zip and unzip the boot. There's a reason boots normally zip on the inside! Also, the zipper pull is very, very thin and delicate. These are low-vamp "shooties", which I like because they look like boots under pants but are easier to get on and off compared to taller booties. The top of the boot fits my ankle perfectly, not too tight and no flopping around either. Since I would only wear these with tall socks under pants, the tops digging into my ankle would not be a problem, but might if you were to wear with low socks. These are dress boots, not meant for any kind of weather, as the sole and heel are not ridged or rugged, and don't look like they will last.

These boots are lovely leather, and overall comfortable. The edge hits my ankle so they’re going back, wish they were a bit higher or lower.

They are beautiful boots, but the leather was very stiff and ran a bit large. Had to return them.

I wish I could wear Vionic but can never find the sweet spot with this brand. This Jolene bootie is just what I was looking for, but 8.5 was a little too snug at the toe and 9 was too large.

Both boots have a very weird, hard bump on the inside sole where the ball of the foot sits. Very uncomfortable.

hi..was disappointed , this shoe felt like an 11, not a 12 as ordered. It also was a bit wide...wide enough to make the shoe "unstylish" in my opinion. From what I could tell the metatarsal support was there, however, the arch support could have been better. i was surprised, since this was a brand well known for helping with arch issues. The boot is cute from the side, but when looking at it from an above view it looked cloggy due to its wideness.

The arch support is oddly very far forward and very uncomfortable. Voinic shoes are normally so comfortable so I'm sad there was an issue with this very cute style.

I usually love Vionic shoes - have multiple pairs that have lasted 7 years. These are very cute but, as other reviewers noted, the arch support falls in a very strange place. Too forward toward my toes to be comfortable. It’s a shame because these are really lovely boots.

Arch support is too far forward and therefore uncomfortable. Disappointed, as I love my other Vionic shoes for how incredibly comfortable they are to wear all day, even with lots of standing/walking.

These are clunkier than expected: With their matt black leather they look more Doc Martin-ish than Designer. The removable insole might fit your foot, it didn't fit mine -- felt like walking on a golf ball. I removed the insole but this makes the shoes a full size too large -- like a 9 1/2 rather than the 8 1/2 I ordered and normally wear. Even with a thick wool sock my foot slid around in this shoe. So all in all, this didn't work for me. Thank you, Zappos for wonderful customer service with easy returns and exchanges. It's always a good experience even when the boot doesn't fit.

This is a really beautiful boot and I wanted so much for it to fit. Unfortunately the right boot was narrower than the left and I returned them. Tried a size larger but the heel was too loose so much so that my heel slipped up and down when walking. I am very appreciative of the customer service provided by Zappos. Thank you.

I really wanted to love these shoes! I’ve been anxiously awaiting for Vionic to finally make low-heeled boot(ies). I was so excited to try them on. They were just what I wanted, but unfortunately, the way the top of the shaft hit the widest part of my ankle was a deal-breaker. Each step was painful. So disappointing! Vionic, please make more low-heeled boots (with a taller shaft)!

I wanted this this boot to fit, but the right boot was too short in the toe...I think it's a defect as my feet are the same size and I have never run across this problem before.

I really wanted to love these booties but they felt large and the outside zippers were very difficult to use. I guess it would not have worked to put the tassels on the inside but unfortunately they were not very user friendly.

My toes slide to the front of the shoe and the back heel too loose.
