The boot was really pretty and I wanted to like it. The material was high quality. My problem was the arch was too far forward for my foot. Also the toe box was short even though there was lots of room in the heel and width. I can't really explain it other than it just hurt when I walked and the arch was not right for my foot. Oh well. Thanks Zappos for free returns.

As others have said, I felt these were smaller than a typical 5, and narrower. Since there is no 5 1/2 in this boot, or a 5 Wide, I have ordered a 6. I am hoping that will not be too big, as I love these boots!

Love, love , love these shoes!! They are soooo comfortable! I put them on in the morning and wore them all day! I loved the black pair so such I bought the chestnut color. The chestnut color is absolutely beautiful! I wore them all day today and my feet never felt better. These boots are the best!

The fit was true to size and the style was wonderful - nice brown color to go with all my neutrals and browns for the winter. Wish the zipper were on the right side since I'm right handed instead of left, but I can deal with it.

I had read reviews that the Vionic Jolene was not as comfortable as the Vionic Serena, however I found these shoes to be every bit as comfortable!!! I love the style, the fit is very true to size through out and the support is so comfortable that I can wear these shoes all day long and not feel the need to take them off when I get home. I would highly recommend these for anyone who usually wears flats (because that is what I almost always wear) but these are perfect when I want a little heel.

These felt comfortable right out of the box. There was no breaking in period needed. First, I wore them with the insoles that came with them, but I felt that I needed a bit more cushion, so I took the insoles out and inserted my orthotics. I did not really need the orthotics for arch support, as these shoes seemed to have enough arch support for my flat feet, but I did feel that I needed a bit more cushion. These are stylish little boots. I just love the gold zippers up the sides. I'm going to get a lot of wear out of these this fall and winter.

Super cute and versatile bootie. I love the color, it's very warm and the leather is nice (some Vionics I've tried have a cheaper seeming material feel). I had to exchange for the wide in my regular size, as this style seemed significantly narrower than the many other Vionics I have, but in the wide, it's great. Not as much arch support as my other Vionics, but very comfortable right out of the box and I wore them three days in a row with no issues. I think it said they're water resistant also, so I plan to take them to Europe later in the fall.

Beautifully made and quality boot. Toe box not deep enough for me but only on my right foot. For me, It felt slightly shorter than it should be, but not by a whole size. Good support( rigid leather) but “orthotic” inner sole allowed for easy removal and replacement w custom orthotics.

The quality is exceptional. However, for me, the toe was too narrow/ pointy for my comfort. They offered good support. Removable innersole allows for placement of custom orthotics. Overall a quality product.

These shoes are beautiful. I love them. They fit great and are comfortable. I got the black ones first but I plan on buying the brown ones soon. I really like the low heel. Great buy!! They will be wonderful to wear all fall and winter. Can't wait!!

such great support, if shoe doesnt support my arch , I feel pain on top of foot. first day, i walked all around downtown, up and down stairs....top of foot felt fine.... I did wear a slip-on heel gel-silicone and no socks

I love these booties!! They are stylish and simple, yet elegant. The zipper pulls add a nice look. Because they are made by Vionic they are super comfortable with great arch support. I have high arches and need a well supported shoe. These are a little higher than I usually wear, because of my back, but I think they'll be fine. Thanks for making it easy to shoe shop Zappos!!

They were very cute...except I noticed one shoe seemed to have a bar running the length of the shoe...and I could feel it. Because of that, my arch felt like it wasn’t supported, more like pushed against. The other shoe was perfect. I returned them hoping it was just a defective shoe.

Love the look of this shoe. For some reason, the right shoe slips at the back of the foot which is unusual. My right foot is a bit larger than the left and can cause problems. I have to return this shoe but may reorder it again just to see how that works out. So cute!

This is the second pair of Vionics that I have tried and both were too large. Unfortunately they do not nmake 10 1/2s. Why not? The style was okay although I think the Serena is prettier looking.

I am an avid Vionic fan. I have wide feet and a bunion on my left foot. These are just about the only shoes I buy now. This boot, however, was odd. They were very hard to zip. There was a bump on the inside, almost as if the arch support had been put in on the opposite side of the insole (so it hit my foot at the arch, but under the other edge of my foot).

These are lovely boots and I'm very sad to return them. I don't have wide feet at all, but as others have mentioned, the toe box is a little narrow. My bigger foot is my right foot; however, the left toes were a little pinched. Overall, they are extremely comfortable except for the minor "pinch" I experienced. But for as much as they cost, even if it is a fluke, they are going back. Thanks, Zappos, for easy returns!

These fit great as I consistently wear a size 9W in Vionics. However--just like the other reviews...the bootie hits at a weird spot on the ankle and causes the shot to be very uncomfortable. At this price point I returned as i didn't want to risk them being painful.

These are really elegant ankle boots that fit my feet well. While I like the small heel, my feet did not. Returned them and bought flat boots.

Fit great! Love the support Vionic shoes give. Did not like the color though, they looked cheap/ plasticy. Going for a similar Vionic bootie in suede.

These boots are okay, but they just seemed a bit strange looking in how they cut off so harshly at the ankle. I was able to find a similar pair that looked better on me.

Nice looking boot. I ordered my regular size and I had no problem fitting my orthotic in the boot. However, I have narrow heels and these were too loose at the heels. I tried using heel pads, but that just pushed my foot forward and squeezed my toes. Sadly, I had to return them.
