These boots looked perfect--I like that the heel is not too high. To my dismay, one of the boots was way too short in the toe, so I returned them.

A little on the small side of a size 9 shoe but still fits and made of leather so it stretches naturally. Lovely details on the zipper. Very comfy and stylish.

I was worried these shoes might be too snug—I usually order WW, but got these in W. They really are fine. The leather is lovely and I like the style except I wish the toe was a little bit more pointed.

This is my second pair of the Vionic Jolene style. So stylish! They could use a bit more cushion in the sole and more arch, but my custom insoles fit nicely.

I normally love bionic shoes but these ones have weird padding on the arch, almost like you are walking on little pillows, but weirdly bumpy.

Love the shoe but it does feel a bit large for an 8. The heel seems too wide which makes the foot slide forward. Arch support is minimal. The shoe is comfortable but not for walking a lond distance for the previous reason.

These are absolutely gorgeous-looking and it broke my heart to return them. They run anywhere from a 1/2 size to a full size small and the wide width is on the narrow side. They are also uncomfortable if you have a Morton's neuroma, as I do.

Feels and looks great. Hits right at the ankle. 2 minor issues: the insoles slips out when I take the shoe off, I'm worried the leather part of the zipper will break when I zip up and down.

Really nice low boot. felt a half size too big

I loved this boot except it’s super short! As in you’d-see-my-socks-between-the-bottom-of-my-jeans-and-my-shoes short. The leather part needs to be just a half inch or inch higher for these to be perfect. I was sad to have to return because they’re beautiful and the footbed is so comfortable.

Fit was good, though in the wide the toe became suddenly very narrow at the end. I ordered the brown — you can't tell in the photo but the brown turn black toward the toe, which I really don't like. It looks fake. Maybe I'll try it in black.

Ordered the Wide but was not able to get my foot into the boot. Disappointing, as it is a nice looking shoe with moderate heel that I was looking for and Vionic is my go to brand for arch support.

I really like these boots. They feel as comfortable my Vionic Serena boots. My issue is that the toe on the right boot is a bit smaller than the left. As such, the right boot is not at all comfortable. I am sending them back and have ordered two more pairs (same size), in the hope I can find a better fitting right boot. I noticed a couple of other reviews indicated something similar, so I wonder if this quality issue will be pervasive with all the Jolene boots. I hope not, because I was looking forward to wearing these cute boots this winter. I do absolutely love this brand. Vionic makes a very comfortable boot that can be worn all day with no discomfort.

Love these boots. Tried several types of booties and these are definitely the best ones I've found. They look great, fit well and the price is good for the quality. Very pleased.

These shoes were nice but didn't fit me properly. The heel area was too big and my feet were sliding forward and uncomfortable for me.

These boots were just the style I wanted. However, the top of the boot rubbed the inside of my ankle bone so painfully that I could not wear them.

This was my first pair of Vionic’s I have ever tried on. I have narrow, flat feet so I’m always on the lookout for comfortable somewhat fashionable shoes. Unfortunately, I’m sending this pair back. I’m in between a 7.5 and 8. I ordered the 8 because I figured I would be wearing thicker socks, but it was still slightly too big. Style wise, I didn’t realize how low they would fit on my foot. I like a boot that hits around the ankles but this was significantly below. I felt Like it looked goofy with socks that weren’t “no-shows.” I’m returning but ordered two different styles of Vionic’s to try instead. Although the fit wasn’t right, I can tell that if I find one that fits my paddle feet, it would be really comfortable!

Loved these boots, however they were somewhat smaller and narrower they I had hoped. All Vionics I've purchased fit perfectly so I am sad to have to return these for a larger size.

am returning because arrived dirty, with stains on inside and pet hair on outer sole. Ick.

Not the quality I expected from Vionic or boot this price.

Disappointing. Not a typical feeling vionic. I usually don’t order wide, and didn’t but this toe box was rubbing on my 4th toe immediately. Didn’t end up loving the style either. Wish it had something interesting across the front. Just too much plainness.

These booties felt odd (uneven) and the sole insert bumped up in the wrong places for my feet. I will return and try another style.

I typically wear 6W or 6-1/2 M or W. I purchased the 6-1/2 W and they were too narrow & roomy in the heel. Nice looking booties, but I returned them because they were very uncomfortable all around. (I also purchased the Vionic Madeline bootie in the 6-1/2W -- they were too long and my feet sloshed around too much. But I like them so much I am awaiting my order of the 6W to see if they are a better fit before I return them.) The Blondo Villa is a comparable style to the Vionic Jolene, much more comfortable and the 6-1/2W felt true to size.

I'm returning these because I found the arch support insert to be shaped strangely and not want I usually get from Vionic. It seemed to be lifted under the ball of my foot instead of my arch. The look is nice but pretty plain.
