Boot is very attractive. Seems toe box is narrow if you move forward, only complaint.

Cute style and I liked them alot but could not get a pair that fit as I have a narrow heal. I tried three different sizes. I wish they made them in a Narrow. I like this brand because of the arch support, I have a pair of Vionic slippers and thong sandals and both have support.

Love the look of this boot, but it is running large. I ordered an 8.5 and exchanged it for 8, but the size 8 arrived with a defect.The left boot was fine; however, the right foot was way too short in the toe. It's a beautiful boot, but the sizing is off.

Great looking booties. But I tried them on, walked across the carpet and already almost had blisters on both ankles. I was very disappointed.

I wear either 8.5M or 9M. Ordered 9M in the brown color. Beautiful shoe, quality leather. Length was good. But, the ankles were loose, and the shoes were too wide for a "Medium". A lot of shoes I buy are slightly wider than I like, but the Narrow is definitely too small, for comparison. Also, the arch support felt like a huge lump under my "low arch" feet, but they were described as having great arch support, so maybe I should have stayed away (although that differs from brand to brand as well). It was my first purchase of Vionics, and I REALLY wanted these booties, they are beautiful. But, as other reviews pointed out, the sizing seems to be off in this particular Vionic bootie.

I have several pairs of Vionic shoes and these boots met my expectations of fit and comfort. However, after a few months and <10 wearings, the color on the toes has come off and not sure if polish will repair it or not.

I really wanted to like these because they are beautiful BUT they are really uncomfortable and have an awkward fit. Having flat feet, I ordered a wide. They were both too wide and narrow. They pinched in the toes and were wide everywhere else. They are decent if I wear them to the office but not for extensive walking. These are super disappointing considering that they are marketed as being a comfortable shoe. They are very hard on the feet without the promised support. Very deceptive description. Also after a week of very light wear a chunk of the heel was scraped off and the varnish is wearing off them. I wish I would have saved my money. This has been a huge regret that leaves my feet aching.

I tried these shoes on in a 7.5 & medium width in the brown color at a store. They felt ok with my orthotics, but I wanted black, so I ordered them from Zappos. The black pair are tight in the width and length. What a huge disappointment. Clearly there’s a manufacturing problem with Vionic. Zappos and their speedy shipping and easy returns is great, but these boots need to go back.

I love vionics! I have a similar pair of booties in a taupe, and wear them constantly. I can walk forever in them, and still look stylish. I wore these boots during the holidays whilst on my feet for several hours cooking and entertaining. Extremely cute, and very comfortable with great support and give. I received alot of compliments because with the gold zipper, they stand out a bit more than your average bootie.

This shoe is fabulous from day one, comfortable and when they stretch out just wear with socks however, one huge flaw is the heel. It is solid plastic with a simulated leather covering that peels off after just a few months. I just spent $25 to replace the entire heels and have them painted black. I also have these in suede ....they are more snug at first.

Comfortable & goes with dressy outfits or Jeans. Versatile, cute boots with moderate arch support

Fit is great, arch support is very comfortable and material is the causal look I was looking for. I really like the design.

My favorite shoe brand! Dancing in them tonight and thinking how grateful I am that this shoe manufacturer is in my world. Thank you Vionic! They are great looking and have the best arch support ever!

These were surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I say surprisingly because shoes are never comfortable for me out of the box. I usually have to settle for least painful. I wore these all day at work the first day I had them and had no problems. My feet are large - EU 43 US 11 - so it’s a stretch to say anything that large is cute so let’s just say these look sassy and cool. Perfect with jeans - skinny or boot cut- or dresses w/tights. Love the black and gold combo.

The fit and size are near perfect. The leather is great. The first day I wore them all day with no issues. They are beautiful booties and I can’t wait until I can get a second pair!

These boots are comfortable and will look great with my fall wardrobe.

I really like these ankle boots. I ordered a 7.5 M ( the size I usually wear in Vionic)) and a 8 because I wanted to be able to wear a thin sock. The 7.5 M fit perfect with or without the sock. I did feel there needed to more arch support for my plantar fasciitis so I added extra. Boot still fits comfortably. The leather is nice and the heel just right. I’ll wear these a lot.

These are a great quality bootie and they fit perfectly in my usual size in Vionic of 6w. I’m happy that I can take out the insole and replace it with my orthotics. They’re very comfortable. My only criticism is that I wish the shaft came up 1/2 an inch as the shoe shifts slightly off as I’m walking! But I do think the overall style is sleek, especially with the gold v zipper pulls!

Incredibly comfortable boot, has lasted through a rough winter. Just replaced the insole but the boots keep going. It does widen over time (leather).

Love this bootie. I needed a stylish black bootie that I could wear for business. I normally go with a WW for comfort, but this only came in a W. I chanced it and I'm pleasantly surprised. The leather is beautiful and the fit is fine. If it were just a tiny bit wider, that might be good, but it is by no means uncomfortable. If it were, I'd send it back immediately. I also love the soft, quiet sole. Good traction and not ugly.

These Vionic Jolene booties felt great from the first moment. I haven’t officially worn them out yet, but I think they will be better than fine. They are just the cutest, too.

These are my new go to bootie. They are so comfortable and look great with everything. I am ordering them in black as well. Love them!

I finally decided to buy a pair of booties, but I needed really comfortable shoes that support my high arches. I teach and have to go up and down stairs and spend half day on concrete floors. I love my other Vionic shoes and these did not disappoint.

At first they feel weird inside but once you start walking they are super comfortable and are @ tually help8n* with the bone spur in my heel
