The 2 stars is for the great style and fit and that's about it. The sole of the shoe started to fall apart immediately. I understand the material was chosen for the level of comfort but it breaks down very quickly and at the price point paid - its not worth it.

These shoes appear very nice online, but certainly not in person. This is overseas made product, that feels like a brick when you put it on your feet. Don't even bother!

Looks nothing like pictured. Gross fake leather look in reality. Sent them back they were so bad.

I bought this shoe because I was advised that it had a wide toe box. The tie box was...ok. The thing that threw me was the weight of the shoe. It felt like a shoe you would buy at one of the discount shoe stores. It felt like fake leather and it had now traction. I returned these the day they came in the mail. I am a fan of Merrell shoes, but this one was a big upset.

I bought these in castle rock, dumped them in luggage and took off for vacation. They fit great. I wore them twice when someone said why gray shoes? I said the are castle rock, and looked down and shazam, they are gray as gray can be, like the sole. I didn't think I order gray. Oh well, on vacation which was great. When I returned, sure enough, the color on the web site is not the color I received. The web site color (and many others) shows an earth tone color. The color received is flat gray, like painted gray, like the soles (as shown on other web sites). So the shoe is being sold as two different color choices, then the delivery is gray. Not so happy as loyal long term customer.

I was sad to find that Merrell has moved away from rubber soles to the cheaper foam rubber. First pair of Merrell shoes I've returned.

Very disappointed in this shoe which I returned. Style looks great in the pictures, but it has a very 'cheap' look and feel. Poor offering from Merrill this time.
