Recently started running again and have previously bought all my shoes at a running store. Zappos has a better price and with the new awesome policy on running shoes I love that I can try them out for 30 days while running and working out--will never buy running shoes anywhere else--amazing policy! These are so cushy and soft and on sale!!! yay

I usually get 1/2 size larger in running shoes because I like room in the toe box. These were plenty roomy enough in the toes, bu almost could have gone with my regular size I think.

Great neutral cushion running shoes. I underpronate/supinate and have trouble finding appropriate shoes. Wide enough to accommodate an insert and/or an ankle brace.

Very comfortable sneakers! Tried this brand for the first time and I’m happy with them. Usually I buy new balance.

I have been wearing the Hoka Clifton for years and it is the only walking shoe for me. It is consistent in fit and being true to size year after year.

Good shoe all around, however, right side outer foot bed seemed to push against an already pronation foot issue causing discomfort after 5-10 minutes. Returning the shoe regrettably, but will order a different pair see if this was just a shoe anomaly.

Love these sneaks! I have been a faithful NB owner for years and someone recommended these for a foot issue. They are like walking on pillows.

Love these. I took out the liner and replaced with my orthotics for a great fit.

I normally wear a size 6 and have a 6 in my Clifton3, but the 6 felt a little large in the Clifton5 and I sized down to the 5.5 for a better fit. I tried the Clifton5 and the Clifton5-Knit and I like the regular(not the knit) better. I actually felt like the material of the knit was stiffer. Overall, I love this shoe. I am a Hoka fan for life. Great support and fit

I have never worn a pair of shoes that have as much cushioning as this. I bought the Vapor Blue/ Wrought Iron and I love the way the color fades from yellow to blue. They do fit more widely and are larger then other shoes of the same marked size.

Was a huge fan of Newton Fate Running shoes until I developed planters fasciitis and could no longer wear them due to the pain. After going online to research the pros & cons of the Newton & Hoka brands, I decided to give the Hoka One One Clifton 5 a try. So glad I did!!! They are so comfortable and highly cushioned without feeling heavy! They have kept me running comfortably while I deal with healing the planters fasciitis.

FIRST TIMER: runner & overall sports hound. Usually grab New Balance, ASCIS, Saucony or Adidas... based on fellow runners, thought i'd give it a try. Not to disappoint. Great traction, personal inserts not required & light weight....definitely a future option.

I love these, though they are going to take some getting used to. I've never worn a pair of athletic shoes that had as much cushion as these; I can feel myself sinking into them with every step. The cushion leads to a very thick shoe bottom, which is not the prettiest, but the colors improve the look substantially in that area. These were comfortable right out of the box.

I work long hours some days and the Cliftons save my feet. I take out the insole and put my on ortho insert and I get the extra arch support to go along with the great cushion from this shoe. I can go 12 hours on concrete floors and up and down stairs! They might not be the most stylish design but people give me compliments. I use the Cliftons for work and the Bondi for running or walking. Added bonus is that they make me a bit taller.

Ii have tried many types of athletic shoes in order to find one that accommodates a neuroma and a sensitive ankle. Some work for awhile, but not for long even with an insert. Hoka is the best shoe I've found and has kept the neuroma pain free so far. I wear these shoes for low impact activities. I hope that Zappos will continue to carry the Hoka brand.

I'm not a runner but a speed walker with high arches and pronounced supination. This shoe has extreme cushioning that eases my heel and outer foot strike. They're still new and I hope will form fit a bit more when broken in. Not the snappiest looks but I'd rate it tops in comfort, and the 'ugly' sneaker seems to be a style thing right now.

Someone had recommended these sneakers to me. I thought I would give them a try. I'm a very large girl and I walk alot with my dog. With My other sneakers, I felt like the front of my foot was flopping forward and my feet/knees were hurting. Hoka sneakers have fabulous cushion and they roll slightly back on the heels. My feet do not hurt, my ankles don't hurt, and my knees are even better! The larger toe box also makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend these sneakers to others.
