When I walked around the house, these felt great. Fit like a glove, cushion in the heel. When I took them for a run on the treadmill, they felt absolutely horrible. No arch support, not enough cushion. My feet went numb. Not a good treadmill shoe, maybe a fine walking shoe. They fit perfect for a slight overpronater. Also, ordered the black with blue. Husband and kids thought they were very ugly for a women's shoe!

The fit and size were perfect for my narrow heel and wider toe area. I loved the burgundy color (hard to find!) and the pink decorations, including the shoelace tips. However, when I took the shoes off after wearing them with socks around the house for awhile, the insoles and my socks had such a strong, unpleasant odor, that I reluctantly returned the shoes. Also, there were hard plastic outside side panels, which I found unattractive.

I really like this shoe. It is comfortable, color and style are good. I need a narrow shoe and these fit with a wide toe box, which I also need. Would like another pair of these

I stopped buying Asics when they changed the shoe profile to narrow it. I gave the Gel-Kayano another shot because of the good reviews. I have bunions and usually order a 12 wide, however I wasn't crazy about the color selection so I ordered 12 medium. What could possibly go wrong?? They seemed to fit fine so I decided to keep them and wore them outside. Then my big toe started hurting horribly...thank goodness Zappos will now allow returns on worn running shoes! I reordered in 12 wide and the fit is perfect. Thank you Zappos for having such wonderful customer service, and providing such a great shopping experience

I was disappointed in the cushion level in bottom . My present pair is much more cushy. I have problems on the toe to ball of foot area and these are not providing the cushion to keep them comfortable.. I don’t know if there is a different style that provides more cushion to my Feet?

Ordered black/black & liked the light, breathable material of the toe area but it feels a little stiff around the ankle. The 10M felt a bit short & the footbed is not as comfortable as the gel-resolution 7 purchased last year. Overall, not a bad shie but at this point only worn once.

It cut into back of my heel. Really sleek and sturdy and would have been perfect otherwise. Such a bummer.

After many try outs of many sneakers, I have found a pair that fit my long, narrow feet. I'm a pronator, and these give me the support I need. There's enough room in the toe box to not squish my toes, especially my painful left toes where I'm having issues. They can be tied tight enough so they don't feel too wide. I am normally a 10 1/2 in regular shoes, and look for an 11 in sneakers, but had to buy an 11 1/2 to feel good. I bought an 11 1/2 B. There's a lot of sneaker here, but the comfort more than makes up for the slight clunkiness.

I usually order Asics in medium width and never have any problems, however this pair is unusually tight. Especially around the ball of my right foot. Hoping it'll break in eventually...

Felt great, just too small for my long foot.

These were recommended to me by an orthopedist and I have been wearing the Kayano model of Asics for almost 10 years. This pair did not disappoint! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs great arch support and cushioning.

The left shoe fit perfectly, the right shoe was too narrow! I measured both feet and across the arch they are the same size so I think the shoe might have been imperfect rather than my foot. They are very comfortable otherwise.

Very happy these shoes came in narrow. The style is never very attractive for the stability shoes, but that can't be helped. Glad the narrows were in a neutral color. I haven't had a pair of running shoes that actually fit for a long time, so I am not used to the narrower toe box yet. I have had medical issues that prevent me from running so I am going with my actual size instead of a half size up because all I will be doing in these is walking and hiking. They feel more supportive than the last pair I bought, which was Saucony.

I followed recommendations to order half size larger. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and ordered a 9. It’s too big. Sending them back.

I wore Asics Gel-Kayanos for years until they changed their design and made the toe bed narrower. My bunion wasn't happy so I stopped purchasing them and switched to Brooks Ghosts which were fine but I missed the cushioning that Asics had. So I gave them another try, this time ordering a wide rather than a regular width. That seems to have done the trick. They feel great. Really enjoying the cushioning and the stablilty.

I am not a runner. I bought these because I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts walking on hard floors. Also, I am 70 and have moderate arthritis in my knees and one of my toes . I also over pronate. Read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. I usually buy the New Balance foam but one reviewer said the N.B. toe box is now more narrow. That made me concerned. The Asics appear to be well made. Their arch support is better than N.B. but they seem stiff (maybe part of the firmness?). Also, the toe box is too narrow for my foot I am returning them and going back to New Balance.

I have worn Asics for a long time. I previously ordered a different style of Asics which were very uncomfortable. I decided to spend more for the Kayano 25 and am very happy with them. They are much more comfortable than the other style I bought previously. They also have enough cushion so my feet aren't sore after 60 minutes on the treadmill. I recommend these shoes.
