I waited a week for these shoes only to have to return them. One shoe was a 1/2” shorter around the ankle than the other one and the material was crooked on the shoe that was shorter. So disappointed.

So, this is a tough pair of shoes to review. I purchased these sneakers because The Wirecutter gave them a great review saying they were their pick for best running show for "most people". I loved the black-on-black look and when I tried them on, they were light and comfortable. I was very happy....that is, until after about a week of treadmill runs, my hips started to kill me. I could barely walk. I went for massage and PT, and was feeling better enough to run again, but one run in, my hips flared again. Then, one day, I was packing up my old running shoes to give away, when it dawned on me that maybe my hips hurt because of the new sneakers. To be sure, I let the flareup calm down, then I ran again with my old sneakers and guess what, no pain! At this point I knew the Brooks sneakers were the culprit, but I decided to keep them for light walking around town. However, even then, just wearing them casually made my hips ache again. Feeling like I may send them back all together. For running, my old New Balance Fresh Foams provide much more support for my heavy, heel striking feet.

Pretty, but ended up with a bloody foot at the end of my first run. The back of one shoe rubbed the back of my foot and I ended up walking home with one shoe on. I’ve owned countless pairs of brooks ghost and this is the first time I’ve had an issue

I need a wide toe box and a ‘regular’ heel width. This size is a perfect fit. Thinking of buying another pair soon!

I have been wearing the Ghost in all its iterations for years and continue to find them to be the most comfortable running shoes for my neutral feet! I like some cushion and a wider toe box, which the Ghost provides. I don't love any of the color combos, but the fit is always spot on and I can run in them right out of the box.

I love, love these shoes! This is my third pair of 10M and they continue to be my daily workhorses. These have helped me recover from a torn plantar fascia, my orthotics fit, they have plenty of room in the toe box and are snug enough at the ankle to prevent my heel from slipping out. They fit like a glove! Plus the colors are awesome.

Great neutral running shoe. I am a female marathon runner in my 40's and with small, slightly wide width feet. Order these a half size up and wide width compared to my normal dress shoe size (regularly wear size 6, order these in size 6.5 wide). Comfortable right out of the box.

Brooks Ghost is my go to running/walking shoe. So comfortable and excellent cushion.

The shoes fit perfectly. I'm happy with how they feel and they've made my exercising much more pleasant. I would buy them again.

I have wide feet & these shoes fit great. I like the feel & they are comfy to wear all day. used mostly for running errands/walks with kids. I used to wear New Balance for the width, but I feel like they have changed their sizing. My usual size was so small I couldn't get my feet in! I would definitely buy these Brooks again!

These are the best running shoes I have ever had, this is 2nd pair!!
