This shoe has a wonderfully roomy toe box. I had such high hopes but unfortunately, because my back issues require a very flat heel, I'll be returning. I've now learned to look at "differential", which is the height difference between heel and toe. But I'm definitely impressed with Brooks and am going to try a couple of other styles that have a lower "differential". If you don't have a problem with a .47" elevation in your heel, you should definitely try this shoe!

I have Plantar Fasciitis and needed shoes that did not cause a flare up. These are wonderful! I do a boot camp 5 days a week and have had no issues since getting them. The support throughout the whole shoe is excellent. Well worth the money!

Love the Ghost 11! I’m a fan of the ghost, and these don’t disappoint - incredible cushion, support, and great fit. I have been dealing with foot problems for a few years (plantar fasciitis, nerve issues from an old injury) and the Ghost by Brooks is the only sneaker that takes all the pain away!

They are really comfortable shoes. I also bought the ASIC shoes, and it fit my foot better. I have narrow feet.

I love Brooks and this is not my first pair of Ghost. For me still the most reliable, which I save for longer/high intensity runs.

I resisted ordering these shoes for a long time because I hated the color (still do, which is why I gave 3 stars for style). The hot pink, black and turquoise combo reminds me of a Crusty the Clown or a Barbie Doll outfit. However, color choices for those of us with narrow (2A) feet who need a neutral shoe are limited, either because of manufacturers' or sellers' designs, so I finally decided to stomach the color if the shoe fit. And boy did it ever! I went 1/2 size up in length, which I typically do in a running shoe. The Brooks Ghost has a narrow heel and an ample toe box that does't squash one's toes (I gave up on Asics narrows because they made the toe box so tight). The cushioning is good, better in the heel than in the forefront, and the arch support is just right. The sole is quite flexible over the toe box - not sure whether this is a good or bad thing. But after ordering and returning 3 other pairs of running shoes, I believe I've found a keeper.

Very supportive especially for my metatarsal feet.

I haven't owned a pair of Brooks in years. I don't know why I waited so long! These are perfect. I have problem ankles and these give me great stability. I tend to have an average to wide foot, and these fit perfectly. Plenty of room.

Great right out of the box for a light hiking trip to Sedona and Grand Canyon!

I can't seem to find a good athletic shoe for my foot. My feet must have grown some. I wore a 9N but lately they seem short. So I guess you could say my foot is a 9.5N. Also I under-pronate or supinate (I wear out the outer rim of the heels on my shoes). I ordered 3 pair of shoes. Mizuno Wave Rider 22, Brooks Dyad 10 and Brooks Ghost 11. According to the reviews I ordered 3 different sizes. The one that felt super comfortable immediately and which I kept is the Brooks Ghost 11, which I ordered in 10N so 1/2 size larger than normal. I love the stretchy feel of the mesh, they feel really solid, are very cushiony on the bottom and really hug my foot. I got the black with acqua and pink. The reason I took a star off for style is that they have a wide rubber base and make your foot look big. But the mesh part is very stylish. Have only walked around the house with them so far, but I go to Italy often and I think these will be great on cobblestones. Hope I'm right!

Also have Ghost 10's. The Ghost 11 arch support placement is slightly different, more detectable. Excellent padding like its predecessor. Also appreciate that this shoe is offered in an all black version, more appropriate for casual work wear and long days on your feet!

Brooks continues to be my favorite of all my shoes. They feel great on my feet. This is my 2nd pair - super cute colors. I'm going to work in them!

I went up a half size from my usual and found it to be very comfortable.

This is the new Brooks Ghost 11. I have a narrow foot and Brooks will usually only carry one color for a AA width foot. The shoe looks longer but compared it to my Brooks Ghost 10 and exact same length. The toe box appears to be a little bit wider, but overall, a very comfortable and stable shoe for either brisk walking or running!! A must for a person with a narrow foot!!

I just bought my second pair of the Brooks Ghost (in between I bought a pair of Glycerin). What I most like about these shoes (both styles) is the plush feel of the sole and the arch support in the forefoot and metatarsal arch area, as well as along the inside of arch area, which I have found lacking in most other brands I have worn. I am new to Brooks, after years of New Balance and Saucony, but at the moment these are the best shoes I have found for my feet. Note that some styles (like Glycerin) may be cut sort of sharp in the toes and you may want to consider going up in width. I did not with the Glycerin, and am doing okay with my normal medium, but may with next pair I order ( that is, try both medium and wide). Sometimes this makes a difference; sometimes it doesn't.

The AA width fit my narrow foot well. Heels do not slip at all and I have very narrow heels. They are well-cushioned for my gym workouts

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I wear them for 12 hour shifts at the hospital and my feet don't hurt.

I have narrow feet, and this felt great with an insert. However, it is much more hot pink in person than in the picture. I am returning it for that reason and gettting a different color

Purchased wide and a half size up for more width, the length is true to size. I wore gel nimbus for many, many years but the latest versions feel very firm and uncomfortable to me and cause my knees to hurt. So after trying many, many shoes I have settled Brooks ghost which I really like.

True to size. Very comfortable. Have a high arch and issues with my back. These shoes make a noticeable difference when exercising. First time I purchases Brooks Ghost shoes. Will definitely buy again.

I’m normally a true 8. Had to bump up to an 8.5 in these. Look nice overall. Wear them comfortably for a 12 hour shift on my feet. Custom orthotics fit perfectly.

I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable everyday sneakers. These sneakers are GREAT! Very comfortable and they wear pretty nicely (I average 3-4 months of regular wear with them). Only thing is Brooks color choices I don't love!).

Fit is good...I struggle with shoes due to a high arch, these fit great and allow me to work out without pain

Really disappointed in the support of the Brooks Ghost 11. I am a bedside RN who works 12+ hour shifts on a rebuilt right foot and relied on the previous models of Brooks Ghost for support and comfort. I assumed that the Ghost 11 would provide the same level of support and comfort, and have been disappointed this time. I wear a size 12 wide and replace the inner pad with my own orthotic. The first few weeks that I wore the shoes, I almost gave up as my feet hurt so badly, but myold shoes were really beyond the pale, and my feet have adjusted to the new style. Many of the nurses I work with rely on Brooks and the Ghost model, and those of of us with feet issues have noticed that the support is definitely lacking in this incarnation of the Ghost. Here's hoping that future models will have actual improvements.
