After reading other reviews, I ordered a half size larger than I normally do, and I'm glad I did. They are really comfortable and my bunion pain was hardly there at all! I call that a win.

First time Brooks purchaser!!! Ordered the 8's first and they were too small. I use an orthotic and it wouldn't fit into the 8. Thanks to Zappos' wonderful free return policy ( :) ), I returned them for the 8.5.....and thanks to Zappos' fantastic 30-day try-them-out policy, I have been wearing them-mostly around the house and they are feeling better everyday!

These were perfect right out of the box! My foot is slightly wider than average medium width but if I order a wide width it is too wide, these were a perfect fit for me and I couldn't be happier. It was time for a new sneaker and the Brooks shoe I have been wearing for the past year is no longer available in the color combination that I would prefer so I gave these a try in the grey.

I've been an ASICS runner for years now. But I have a wide foot near toes and narrow heal. I decided to try the Ghost 11 and I'm VERY happy. Very comfortable, supportive and stable.

These are my first pair of Brooks and I love them. I have a wide foot and the last couple of pairs of NB have felt tight in the toe box. These shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortably cushioned. I walk 8-10 miles a day so comfort is key.

My teenage daughter needed a better running shoe for track. Of all the brands we've tried (Thank you Zappos!!) - Brooks are by far the Best in support and comfort. We did need to go 1/2 size bigger. The width gives her enough room without her foot moving all over the place. By far - the Best running shoe on the market. I'm on my second pair and my husband is on his third pair. Worth every penny.

I was pleasantly surprised that these shoes fit so comfortably. They are as light as air and even though they don't look wide they are. I wore Brooks when I started running 40 years ago. I gravitated away to NB. I am now going back to Brooks. Just ordered another pair and a new pair of Powersteps to go inside. I look forward to some great comfort . I have hammertoes on both feet, and large bunions as well as metatarsalgia. I need all the cushioning and support I can get.

Love, love, love my Brooks! I will most likely never run in any other shoe. They have support and fit perfectly so there is no chafing or discomfort. These Ghost 11's are the best ever and the style is a big improvement considering their past styles. I always buy a 1/2 size bigger (I buy 10) to allow for swelling and the sizing is perfect!

Great purchase. I’ve only worn brooks glycerin for years for running and working out, but was not crazy about their current colors. So I tried these instead. Very comfortable and wide enough for box for wiggle room.

Fit is super comfortable. Wide toe box. Lacing system creates zero heel lifting. Cushion is great. Zappos as always quick and easy shopping.

This is the most attractive and well fitting shoe I have found in years! It is my first time for a Brooks, and it’s impressive. My feet have been a problem, and a wide toe box with a narrow-medium instep is hard to find. Fluorescent colors don’t suit me, and this neutral is just what I wanted.

Loved the cushion and color of this shoe but too small. I have a semi wide foot and I needed a Wide in this style. Reordered a 10 wide. It’s fits!

I have a pair of Brooks Ghost 10 and was disappointed that the new version (11) was so much wider and bigger. The pattern looks nice on the computer but once I received them I wasn’t thrilled with the fabric design. If you have a wide foot these are probably great.

I have worn these shoes for years. I was a Nike person for years before that but these are my new favorites. They have great cushioning and yet are so light weight. I run about 30 miles a week. Have not had any aches and pains with these at all. Buying from Zappo's versus the local store is nice because they have all the colors and selection in my size where as the store is usually out of my size in the color I like, this is a no brainer and shipping so fast. Love the shoes and love Zappos.

I'm a fan of the Brooks Ghost line. The Ghost 11 is my favorite by far. Lightweight, great support and I'm really happy with my color choice (much better options than the Ghost 10 offered).

The shoe fit great and is very comfortable. The style will go with everything. Love the fabric.

Long-time Brooks fan here. No surprise that the Ghost 11 is a high-quality shoe, but of course it all depends on the particulars of your own feet. FIT: For me, the question of "too large" or "too small" isn't very useful because I have tiny ankles but a medium-width forefoot and a high instep. I ordered my usual size 9. (As with all running shoes, I ordered a half-size up from the size I take in other shoes.) These Brooks are almost too big for me, even in the forefoot. There is LOTS of toe room. But thankfully, I found that my toes still manage to stay in place while running. For my bony ankles, I can make these shoes work by wearing thick socks and using fancy lacing techniques. However, I think the usual half-size up was probably the wrong choice with these. COMFORT: Wonderful and cushy! Sometimes I prefer the close-to-the-grass and snug feel of a more minimal shoe (like my Brooks in the Pur line). But if you like the more conventional lots-of-shoe running experience, these are excellent. ARCH SUPPORT: I have ridiculously high arches. The Ghost 11 appears designed to serve the needs of people who have medium arches and people who have medium-high arches. I'm not sure any shoe company really caters anymore to the truly high-arched feet. Still, these shoes are probably as good as I'm going to find for my arches. STYLE: As another reviewer already said, the laces on the "white/pink/black" shoes are not the cool shade they appear in the photo. They are more an attention-hog kind of hot pink. This is fine, but not a color combo I would have chosen.

Although a little expensive, these sneakers are worth the $. They are super comfortable, with enough support and a wide toe box. I really wanted all black sneakers, which are getting harder to find. These fit the bill. I have an orthotic that causes me to buy 1/2 size larger in shoes and these worked out great.

These Ghosts are fabulous! I wore Brooks for many years and then a couple pair of sneakers ago they were narrow and I read a lot of similar comments from others online (that Brooks had changed the cut to be more narrow) and switched to Nikes. I need to replace my current Nikes and found an online quiz which recommended Brooks and decided to try them again. The Ghosts fit great!! The toe box has plenty of room, the arch support is excellent, and just the right amount of cushion in the sole. And lots of fun patterns and colors to choose from. I also tried the Adrenalines because you can with Zappos! ?? I thought they looked too narrow when I opened the box, but they actually felt great too. Returned them because they actually felt a little too cushiony in the sole. Looking forward to my daily walk in my new Ghosts!

Great fit . Usually run in ASICS but decided to try these for my supination . I also use my own insoles and these shoes are great. Heel fits good and since I have a wide foot the toe box is perfect

These shoes fit right out of the box. Good for walking, running and fit training. The shoe provides good support. It is also an attractive looking shoe.

great update to a solid running shoe. toe box is not too tight, comfortable in the heel, good support and cushion.

Great running shoe. Hadn't worn Brooks in years and they've made major improvements.
