This is one of the best sprerrys out there. It's truly the best.

I have about a dozen different gold cup shoes. This ginger (tan) boat sure was soft and comfortable right out of the box. No break in required. Looks good with a variety of shorts and summer pants. I give these shoes size 10 M 5 stars.

These shoes are a great color and are true to the Gold Cup comfort. The leather is super soft and interior lining is amazing. Highly recommend this upgrade for a Sperry enthusiast.

Appeared to be darker on the top of the toe than on the rest of the shoe.

I have been wearing these shoes for over 50 years. I buy one pair about every 10 years I would've given them a five star review but I couldn't get a 9 1/2 wide size. I had to go with a 10 which makes the shoe just a tad bit big for my foot.

Insert is only partial and has bent over making the center of my foot hurt.

The inner cushion (which is the only reason I buy these shoes) appears to be a little thinner than those that I've bought in the past. Not quite as comfortable as I was expecting.

Very comfortable.
Fit - I recommend going 1 size above what you normally where for a street shoe.

I use these primarily for house slippers because they are comfortable, soft, and don't squeak on my wood floors. They are minimalist, not built more heavily like other boat mocs I have which I use for daily wear outside or on my boat. I like the 2 islet shoes as I can slip them on and off without tying. I never wear socks in the summer and the 2 pairs of tan Gold Cups I have are very soft and comfortable but the brown pair I have chafe the tops of my feet because they have a label sewn into the underside of the tongue of the shoe. The tan pairs have the label printed, not sewn. Unfortunately, I cannot wear the brown pair regularly without socks because they irritate the top of my foot. I would give my Gold Cups with the printed label 5 stars for my purposes and the pair with the sewn-in label 3 stars or less, hence the 4-star rating above.
Note: There is a 1/2 length piece of leather in the footbead by the heel that always comes unglued at the seam

I've owned several pairs of the Gold Cup shoes and love them. However, they have full removable insoles, which are great for cleaning and drying out. Your
new model no longer has removable insoles. Please!!! Bring them back in the Gold Cup line. Premium shoes deserve them!

Very comfortable and looks cool. 1 star deducted because the end of the lining inside the shoe lifted off causing the glue to stick to the balls of the feet - very irritating.

Very soft leather... which is like wearing a slipper. Not a bad deal, but I think I am probably more in favor of a bit stiffer leather for a 'working shoe', so would not purchase the Gold Cup series the next time around. Also, the grommets have come out where the wrap around lace is fed through the top of the shoe edge. I presume this is also due to the soft leather (i.e. the grommet was crimped well, so I am guessing the leather is just a little too soft to retain the grommet). However, if you are looking for a very soft/comfortable shoe, this fits that description very well!

Excellent! High quality, fast shipping, perfect fit. But I have to say I liked the originals better.

Nice look and super comfy at first, but edge of the thin leather sole by the ball of the foot keeps letting go. I've had 3 or 4 pair of these, and I Never wear without a thin sock, but that hasn't prevented the thin leather sole from letting loose and rolling up when I remove the shoe. Super annoying and uncomfortable. Not going to buy any more of these.

Just bought my second pair! My first pair are two years old and still kicking. My only qualm with the new pair is, they seem to be made of a softer leather. The concern is that they will not last as long, or wear as well as my first pair. That is yet to be determined. Though they are the same model, I think they look slightly different too, due to the softer leather. They fit the same and the cushion is the same. They are my go to shoe. Thanks!

The material is very soft (great feel). If you've worn other deck shoes for a long time, like Rockport's etc, these will feel very different. They are very comfortable but with the padded insole it takes some getting use to the feel. The quality is excellent and worth the increased price. Only place I wouldn't wear them is on the beach but could actually be worn in casual attire. Should be great on a boat.
I'd also recommend:

I have sent in a support email with no luck yet....
The front outside gromets on moth shoes have come undone.
They can be Sharp, be careful.
I was going to just snip them, but hoping Sperry can help me in fixing them.
