I was turned on to sperry gold cups late in life, truly sad about that ! The very best feeling shoe on my feet ever. My only real complaint is styles change to frequently. So if i really find a shoe that i Really like in Gold Cup i buy two pair.

I live in Florida and have worn Sperrys for years. Paid a little bit more for the Gold Cup but worth it.

I bought wide size and they are well worth it.These are high quality comfortable shoes that I can wear with many different outfits.I am also ordering dark brown color . Love them!

I wanted to keep these shoes because they were so comfortable and superior quality, but they didn't feel like wide width. I ordered a 10 wide, but it fit like a 10 regular width. I have several other pairs of sperrys so I ordered the same size as those. I know they stretch out after a while, but these were just too tight. I ended up exchanging them for another style in 10 wide, but they weren't gold cups.

I bought these for my son. He said they are extremely comfortable and fit true to size.

Bought these as a dressy comfortable alternative to my penny loafers. The biggest selling factor for me is the memory foam insole. Being someone that spends a lot of time on my feet these insoles are a life saver! I bought the standard leather gold cup authentic original as something that can go with multiple outfits even though I was very interested in the many colors and configurations on the site.

Returned product. I was hoping a medium width would work as it is a nice good looking shoe. I need a slim, so I went back to your regular boat shoe, that has a slim width available.

Gold Cups are worth the extra. I have a bunch of pairs of boat shoes from Sperry, and these are by far the best. From the inside lining (luxe!) and the insoles (comfy!) to the general build quality, these things are legit. I'd never thought they'd be worth it before, but treated myself and didn't regret it. I ordered another pair of Gold Cups the day after the first arrived. I'll have a hard time going back to the regular ones...

Great shoes, but photo is inaccurate of actual color, it's lighter in person. These also have real laces not cross lace decorative ones. Well Made and they fit pretty well, but run a bit large in width compared to sneakers and the suede gold cups, but a bit smaller width-wise than the AOs.

I will start by saying that I am a Sperry-a-holic when it comes to their boat shoes. I have amassed a careful collection of the right colors for virtually every possible outfit and occasion. I wear them all the time for just about everything I do from work to playtime. I especially love my Gold Cup boat shoes. They are in a whole different league when it comes to comfort and I have been waiting for them to release a true tan version with a non-white sole for many years. So when I saw these on the website I couldn't believe my good fortune and snapped up a pair. Not only was I thrilled with the anticipated Gold Cup comfort, but the leather is soft as butter and genuinely luxurious. I am beyond thrilled with my latest addition to the collection and find myself putting together outfits as an excuse to wear them. I can't wait to see what other Gold Cup boat shoe combinations Sperry comes up with next. I made need more space in my closet.....

I have owned several pairs of Sperrys and this shoe is by far the top of the line and well worth the extra you pay. Very comfortable and classy enough to wear with shorts on the weekend and chinos to work during the week. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Any suggestions on cleaning these once they get muddy?

Good leather but narrow. Wish it was made in the U.S.

I love it! Nice color and style.

This is the second pair of Sperry's gold cup and the only shoe my son will wear! This shoe is comfortable, extremely durable and always in style. I remember my first pair many many years ago! This shoe is definitely a staple piece in any shoe collection!
