Don't know why thought it would be bigger. My fault. Other wise it's cute for a little kid

Cute backpack! However the backpack I received does look a bit different than the backpack as advertised, black detail shows on the picture and mine was all pink

They are smaller than you think they would be. Even for Kindergarten we are having size and functionality issues. It's well made, very nice but probably better for traveling or other use. There is not a laptop or tablet sleeve either. We will unfortunately have to return this one.

Overall this is a great backpack. I ordered it for my son going into second grade, however it is to small for him. This would be great for a younger child going into preschool or kindergarten. I just wish this was larger for older kids.

Bought for my 8yr old son, but the size of this bag seemed more for someone 5 and under

Won't last if you use the water bottle holders on sides. We use camelback kids water bottles, which is about average width. Everything else seems fine but holes developed within 90 days on both sides of mesh. Any other cheaper backpack would last longer.

Ordered this for my second grader for a school backpack. It is WAY too small - would be appropriate for a preschool backpack. Would not fit much for travel or other situations.

Product was tiny - maybe suitable for a Kindergartener but no bigger. I returned the product using the directions via the USPS and still do not have my refund. It s a shame because it has soured me on Northface.

I purchased this backpack for my second grade son. The backpack is way too small. It would be more suitable for a pre-K or a kindergarten student

I bought 2 of these bags for my sons who are 7 & 9 based on the description that it was "designed for kids age six to ten". Both my boys are very small for their age, and this bag was way too small. Looked like great quality but more suitable for preschoolers.
