To small. Ordered size 11. More like size 10

The shoes run small!! I purchased two different pair of size 14's. I'm going to end up giving them away!! Wish you guys made them in 15's!!

No support for your feet, and they are not true to size. I was devastated because I really was looking forward to these shoes.

They look great and are probably really comfortable, but they dont fit. Theyre way too big. And theres nothing in the package to show how to return them. There wasnt a piece of paper or anything with any information. I tried submitting a ticket online but havent heard anything back from Customer Service

I bought these for my husband to wear inside our home. After only wearing them a couple of times they are already falling apart. He was only worn them inside and for short periods of time,

Too-narrow and uncomfortable

Just got a messed up pair I guess terrible falling apart after one wear . Just donated them

My husband loves his Wally Sox. I ordered the Woven and he could not even get his foot into the shoe and it was the same size that he already had.

I really honestly cant give you much of a review. I would love to be able to review your shoes. They were ordered on either August 5 or August 6. And I have yet to receive them. Rumor has it that they are comfortable but since your company doesnt understand that the USPS is by far the worst delivery system available to mankind, Im not sure I can help you. Ive tried the USPS tracking feature & dont understand how shoes go from TX to FL to KS to FL & back to KS. As a former Geography teacher this appears to be the LEAST economical way to ship. Seriously, the Pony Express from 1860-61 could get a package from the Atlantic to the Pacific in 10 days. I also taught History. The sarcasm was always free however.

Shows fell apart with in the first 4 days of having them!!!

I have well over 20 pairs of hey dudes. Love the shoes. The only thing I wear. However, I will never order another pair. I recently ordered 2 pairs, and then a week later ordered another 3 pairs. My first order came on time, with no issues. Second order, showed up when it was supposed to (I paid extra for faster shipping). However, I only received 1 pair. Thought, no big deal the rest will be here tomorrow or the next day. WRONG. Second pair came over a week later. However they came with size 9.5. I wear size 12. I double checked my order, and I in fact ordered size 12. Ive messaged their customer support 3 times already, and HAVE NOT heard back from them. I am utterly disgusted with their customer service.

I have purchased 6 pairs, but my new ones are wearing out it two days. Soles are horrible and do not last.

Bought these around 3 months ago. They are completely destroyed. First few days threads in the stitching came out. Poorly made. Dont spend the money buy some reef slip on or snails. They last longer. Cheap crapola.

The shoe its self is comfortable and fits great. However, the stitching came undone on top of the shoe after not even a week. I have reached out to customer service twice with no response to try and get them replaced. Hopefully CS will see this review and contact me to take care of this problem. My review is totally based on the defective stitching.

Ran really small

The shoes are great. The only problem I have is I ordered the shoes for Christmas 2019 so in December of 2019 and didnt not resolve the issue of returning them and receiving my new pair until may of 2020

I ordered the wrong size they are too big

I love your product but your customer service was horrible when I asked to return them. They were a size too small and no one helped me out for returning for the right size. I wasnt very happy at all with your customer service!!!

-5 customer service sucks!! Needed to return shoes. They wouldnt return email for a month or better. Still have shoes that are too big! Never buy again from them. Sanoks are just as good!!

Came in the mail, took them out of the bag tore the tag off (big mistake) and then tried them on. Come to find out theyre too small, never wore them more then a minute or two but since the tag was torn off theyre unable to be returned.
