Doesnt fit and trying to return but company wont reply

I like to looks of them they felt comfortable the only thing is they were too small I wear size 11 ordered size 11 and they were too small

Would love to review the shoes, and my kid would love to wear them. I ordered Black Friday, received shipping info Dec. 1st, now January 6th and still dont have them and have not received a refund. I know its the crazy year but my kid would like her Xmas gift. I guessing I will need to find them somewhere else.

Terrible my fiance bought me 2 paulirs we recieved one pair. The money was returned for second along with 30% discount that wouldnt work. Terrible customer service

Great shoe but horrible customer service!!! I ordered a mens size 14 shoe and they sent a womens size 9. It took over a month to ship and they would only give me an in store credit for half the value of the pair I ordered. I ended up ordering from the Buckel website. 10/10 recommend ordering there! They have a better selection and they came in 2 days!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes at the same time. I ordered them as Christmas gifts. I ordered on Black Friday Weekend. I received one pair pretty quick. I still havent gotten the second pair. I cant get anyone to answer an email or a FB message. My CC was charged for both pair. Where is my other pair of shoes?

Have no clue size fit or quality still havent received its December 19th order them the day after thanksgiving

Shoes are great customer service is non existent!!! Will never buy or recommend again! Only received half my order and still havnt heard a peep from the good ol hey dude people

They seem extremely cheap, I would not recommend this product to someone that has bought leisure shoes in the past

Look at your Instagram. Why you only posting good reviews. Your customer service is AWFUL excuse after excuse. Lets be honest the company needs restructured with good leadership.

Have yet to receive the shoes I bought which is upsetting because I heard they were very comfortable. Ordered them 3 1/2 weeks ago and still no confirmation, yet they took my money and didn't respond when I started to ask questions. The customer service is AWFUL which is upsetting for how good their shoes are. Will NOT waste my time and money on this company again.

Won't buy another pair. I bought 3 pairs online. Tried to use the 20% discount code. Had to make a change on the site and the discount disappeared. I emailed once I saw that the discount didnt apply. Got an email 12 days later saying that they could not apply the discount since it was after the purchase. Thats bull. Not my fault it took 11 days to respond to my request.

Your foot will have no room to move. They are narrow and very short in the toe height. For the price there is so much more out there.

This is my 3rd time trying to resolve an issue with your company. I still have not heard back. I was not given a discount that was supposed to be taken off at checkout and was charged full price. The shoes may be great but your customer service is seriously lacking.

The shoes run small!! I purchased two different pair of size 14s. Im going to end up giving them away!! Wish you guys made them in 15s!!
