I am a slam dunk size 11 and have been for years however the size 11s were way too small.

Shoe is my normal size I wear in every other shoe and its to big. Emailed to get a exchange and was told no that I bought them on a sale. I could care less if they were 10 dollars off. I would pay that to get a shoes that fits correctly.

Ok so I am suppose to be hearing back from CS who knew a 9 could be a 40 or 42 I guess depending on the shoe my item was a final sale and if they were a9/40 I wouldn't have a problem instead I have a pair of shoes I cannot wear so filing out the size part get a a big fat 0

I bought these shoes and got them right away. They were too big and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Guess what...they were not eligible for return. Be aware! Make sure you are buying shoes you can return. Bad first experience for me.

Way to big I tried to exchange for a smaller size and they denied my request poor customer satisfaction

The shoes is good, comfortable, however the customer service was terrible, no answer to emails, wrong size....

Shows were not true to size, purchased a size bigger than usually wear and still too small. I have contacted customer service two times through email and no response, that was weeks ago. Not impressed.

A friend of mine recommended your shoes as he has three or four pairs. So I tried his and liked the look and feel. His were size 12 and were not my size. I ordered a pair and turns out they were too small. So I wanted to return for a size bigger. When I purchased I went to the pair I liked and checked the Shipping & Return section. It says Returns are Free, and accepted up to 30 days from purchase. 100% Risk Free Purchase. So I purchased. Come to find out Final Sale shoes are not Risk Free. Bait and Switch. This apparently is in a different section. Why is this not in the Shipping and Returns??? Bait and Switch!!! Not cool. I can send you a screen shot of YOUR shipping and return section if you want but I bet you already know this.

Comfortable but way too big. First pair where to small went up a size and these are way too big

The shoes themselves may be great, but I wouldnt know. The customer service is terrible. I wanted to exchange my shoes for another size as they run small. They were clearance (not marked as such) and I couldnt return or exchange them. They hid that information on their webpage in a section that had nothing to do with returns or exchanges. No wonder I didnt see it. I would love to be contacted by someone who can help me with this situation. I have this nice looking pair of shoes sitting in my closet that I cant wear and its frustrating

Nice shoe, I wear a 13, my Hey Dude shoes are a 13 and way to tight, wasn't able to return them, and so I won't get any more, and will tell my friends of my experience!

These shoes came apart 2 weeks after having them. The threads for real just came undone. Ive emailed the company for a simple exchange and have yet to hear anything from them. Like I dont even want my money back, I simply want to exchange them. Tried calling and you get out on hold for several minutes before it just hangs up on you. Very aggravating because it be purchased several pairs of Dudes from these guys. I honestly dont know if Ill ever do business with this company again :disappointed:
