The shoes run about a half size smaller than comparable ones. I contacted customer service a few times who responded with a shrug and oh well and invited me to review a size guide for future purposes. Wont be doing any more business here.

What's all the fuss

Mainly upset with them is they run small. Tried to return them but they would not. Said they not returnable . It did not say anything like that where the shoes were posted Lost my business.

I got these shoes for the hubs who wears a 12 normally. Ran smaller. Have contacted customer service over 2 wks ago and still havent heard back wanting to exchange for a bigger size. The shoes look great sitting in the bag they came in. Too

Your size are alot small than any other shoe I've bought before

A little disappointed Hey Dudes only go to size 15. These shoes run a little small as it is. My son wears a size 15 in all other shoes and size 15 in these shoes will not fit. He would need at least a 16.

I was very sad to revive these and find out they were mens. I was shocked at the color scheme that a man would even wear those colors. Therefore I couldnt wear them bc of the size.

They fit like a half of size to big

I purchased as a gift and they are too small! Tried to exchange for larger size and was told all sales are final since it was a sale item. I have purchased several Hey Dudes over the last year and have always been satisfied until now. I checked under the shipping and returns tab for this purchase, which is where most people would look, nothing stated anything about all sales final on this item. There isn't anything listed next to price either. I was told to look under the description which showed all sales final. I had no need to look under description of the shoe when I have purchased several before and know exactly the style and design ect. You advertise "100 % Risk free purchase" but then state "All sales final" under the same shoe. It can't be both!! I feel that this could have been avoided if properly displayed on your website and I am truly conflicted on any future purchase of Hey Dude shoes. I've attached the Shipping and Return that is posted on your website under the shoe which I purchased. Returns Returns are Free, and accepted up to 30 days from purchase. 100% Risk Free Purchase.

The quality and comfort of the shoes were good. The customer service however was terrible. I tried 6 times to contact this company and each time a generic computer reaponse was generated that did not address my question. I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend Hey Dude Shoes.

Followed the shoe sizing guide on their website. Shoes arrived and were very tight and not comfortable. Website stated that no returns for shoes purchased at discount. I should have read the return policy before buying.

Iam a grandma and I ordered by accident a 10 instead of the 11 my grandson needed..immediately I texted and tryed to change the size..... very disappointed in your Customer Service..Back to Vans

Unfortunatley, upon receiving my first pair they were sized very small. Upon my request to return them I was denied twice. Being told they were unable to be returned because they were sold as a special. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear. Will never purchase again from this company, very disappointed many of my family wear Hey Dudes but have decided to go elsewhere due to this example of their poor customer service.

Have never bought from this company and never will again. I bought a pair of men's shoes on sale for my hubby and when they came he tried them on and they were snug. I just wanted to exchange them for a different size but was informed I couldn't. Apparently the CEO changed the return policy like a month ago and NO shoes on sale can be returned or exchanged. This is rediculous and unfair because even the shoes on sale are expensive. Now I have shoes that don't fit and was told by the company oh well. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this business.

Can't review something I never received. Order got lost, reported it and all I get is an automated response. Been over a week and I feel like I've been had.
