Ordered size 13 for a buddy, they are the same size as my size 11. Looked at sizing chard and a size 12 is 11.25in, size 13 is 11.50.

But every time I go to buy them they only have size 8 and above. Very disappointed!

I used them 3 times most just drove in them and the stitching came loose. I do not recommend

Bought directly from hey dude. Got lost in shipping and waited several days longer with no tracking. Also shoes seem to be made way cheaper now. Had a pair few years ago. These new ines are already way worn down and had them for only about a week. Will be my last

Not what I was expecting. Stitching is all ready come undone in areas. Laces will not stay tight. Very disappointing. 0 support from Customer Service.

These shoes were just too narrow

Material not happy with it

size was not correct size and reached out to the company with little to no help other then to return them and pick a different pair and continue waiting for a pair to come that fits while they enjoyed my money in their pockets.

I have own the shoes for two weeks and the soul is coming apart. I love the looks of the shoe and comfortable. I'm just highly disappointed in the quality. Wish you offered a warranty or returns if not happy.

Don't bother trying to order your size because it doesn't matter what size you order it won't be right. I'm a size 13...so naturally I would order a size 13. It was too small so I returned it. Of course they didn't have the style I wanted in a larger size so had to find a different style in a 14. Finally found these and guess what. Size 14 is too small TOO!!! Even their customer service says we hear this complaint all the time that none of our sizes are accurate. Hey Dude...get your act together.

I would be willing to trade them in for the same pair I have and love

I was a first-time customer from the recommendation of a friend. I was very excited to buy these shoes. I bout 2 pair - one for a friend. I was so disappointed when I received my pair - they run small. I simply wanted to exchange for the next size up. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the shoe was "Final Sale " (and was clearly marked...which I did not remember ever seeing). I explained to the Customer Solutions Representative, Ashika L. - that I simply wanted to exchange for a larger size. They told me that my item was non-returnable or non-exchangeable. How, especially when you are a New Customer, are you expected to know if the size is true to fit? I didn't want a refund - just a larger size. I went from being totally excited about the shoes to being totally miffed. That was my first, and last, purchase from your company, and I will discourage my friends from buying your shoes. I am not on Social Media - if I was, I'd blast as many negative reviews as possible. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed!

They aren't true to size

3/4 of the times I have ordered from this company, the shoe comes in the wrong color, style, or size. I love these shoes but I will not continue ordering and sending them back just to get the wrong shoe again.

Expect the sole to wear out within 40-days, and the Warranty Department to do nothing for you. Great shoes if you don't mind flat soles and crappy customer service!

I am sad to have to write this review, because I really like these shoes, but the soles are already worn partially flat within 41-days of my purchase. During the pandemic, I'm working from home, only wearing the shoes to walk the dog maybe half an hour a day, and running errands, and already the soles are showing wear. I received my shoes on the 18th of February 2021, and contacted them regarding the issue with worn soles on the 14th of April, 41-days days later. They take so long to get back to me that now it is outside their 60-day warranty, they refuse to do anything for me. Just state "After further investigation the warranty claim is denied, due to the fact that its 60 day warranty, and the shoes are worn out."

Ok so I am suppose to be hearing back from CS who knew a 9 could be a 40 or 42 I guess depending on the shoe my item was a final sale and if they were a9/40 I wouldnt have a problem instead I have a pair of shoes I cannot wear so filing out the size part get a a big fat 0
