Terrible came apart the stitching after o e time wearing. Lose strings all over.

I ordered a size 13 and they fit like a size 12. The material was super thin and felt cheaply made. Looks and feels like a house shoe.

I purchased these for my dad and they are two small. I have tried to return them in ample time 4 times now and the company is ignoring me!

I purchased a style and was not notified of them being out of stock, after 3 weeks not having a shipping confirmation I decided to contact Hey Dude and was told sorry those are out of stock so they will be sending another pair. Not what I wanted. I love the shoes I own 5 pair and my husband has at least 3. Was excited to share them with our son for Christmas. An email or phone call would have been appreciated.

They were very comfortable for about a month, they fell apart very quick with frequent use. I would not buy them again for this price or with plans on wearing them more than once a week.

I bought these for my husband who wears a size 15 in every other shoe but said these are tight.

I need my money back. The shoe does not fit. I have ordered size 10 before from you and they fit. This time I ordered 2 pairs at size 11 and they did not slip over my heel. The sizing seems to change from order to order.

These shoes run HUGE. I at first wanted an exchange for a different size but now just would like my money back. I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE to get a different return label and a full refund. It has been almost two weeks and still absolutely nothing. I can not stress enough how absolutely TERRIBLE your customer service is.

I love Hey Dude shoes. This is my fourth pair bought from them and I have never had an issue till now. Like a week after I bought them all the seams started to come out on the top of the shoe. The top now has a big hole in it from were the seams came out on. I am not sure what made this style different but I was very disappointed!

Was not what I thought at all. And the way they come shipped is bad. I ordered 2 pair and my husband and son was not happy with them at alll

I bought these shoes a couple weeks ago and the stitching is already coming out. Falling apart. They also sent me the wrong ones. I wrote a email and have heard nothing back will never buy these again. Trash.

I literally ordered 4 pies of dudes (probably my 3rd time ordering). I LOVE DUDES- loved. I got the mystery pair which I understand is supposed to be a mystery. Thats not what Im upset about- Im upset about how flipping rude the lady was about it. I simply wanted to know if there was anyway I could just exchange them for a different size. I wasnt going to wear them so I thought why not give them away? But NOOOOO thats like a god foresaken sin. Why waste a perfectly good pair of shoes????? It was just handled not great. I also thought the mystery pair were going to be the loader style. I didnt even know dude made tennis shoes. That was my fault and I understand. Wont be returning for awhile. Great product with bad service equals unhappy customers.

I ordered size 14s and they were too small. Returned them (shipping at my expense) and ordered size 15s. They were the exact same size as the 14s. Very disappointing.

I ordered the dude shoes and the reviews and suggested sizing says to order normal sizes but if half sizes go to next size so I normally wear 101/2-11 depending on shoe and I ordered the 11 and they still seam snugg an after I buy of wearing them like couple hours they seem to feel like there squeezing my feet then get really hot even with not doing much like not a lot of movement. Also have noticed that my left shoe inside by my toes seems to dip down and not be flat like my feet are hanging off a cliff lol its uncomfortable. I dont normally complain but since I got this review email figured Id express my thoughts on the hey dude shoe maybe I should of gone with a size 11 1/2 :shrug::skin-tone-2::male_sign::shrug::skin-tone-2::male_sign:

Seriosly, the back was plain old black. Not cool like these ones.

Shoes were not placed on my porch but on bottom step and neighbors dog ate them so I am not sure how they are.

I ordered these and what I got in the mail was a completely different pair.
