I wear a size 14 in most shoes I wear.. I ordered a size 15 and they did not fit!

Insole would not fit correctly in the shoe no matter what iui tried.

They would be great if they got me the right size but being 3 sizes too big really made me mad.

I bought a pair of Wally shoes approx 3 months ago. I wear them 5 days a week @ my desk job, The rubber sole is already work through. They were comfortable but poorly made.

I didn't like the color

I will never buy from this company again, was promised free shipping but did not receive it. I was told it did not qualify on shipping cost over $10, my shipping was $12 and all they tried to refund me was $4.32. Keep your money and your shoes!

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for for a Christmas present. But I have been trying to get replacement laces since we recieved them in December. The laces are so stretched out, my boyfriend is unable to wear the shoes. Customer service has been awful to deal with. They are very slow to respond or not respond at all. The shoes are awesome but how customers are treated is everything and I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Order was too small and they rejected my return!

I had bought these for a gift and the shipping took much longer than it was supposed to. There also was no spot to mark that they were a gift, which was an inconvenience since it then had the pricing info in the package that was sent to that person. I tried contacting customer service 5 times and did not ever get a response, even after leaving messages like it says. Finally on 6th call (over various days) somebody answered and provided me with a tracking number, which I never got before then, just that the shoes were shipped. The recipient of the shoe loves them, just a very long wait for the package.

It felt cheep and there was no support to the foot

The shoes were too small and uncomfortable, I gave them to my son. He doesn't think they are comfortable either.

Bought these for army son. Very disappointed I had to return for exchange and he had no Birthday present.

They didn't give me the possibility to have a complete refund. The shoes are made of very cheap materials.

Cheap , unsafe not worth it. More like 19.99

I got a size 12 because it was suggested that I got a half size smaller if I usually wear half sizes. They were way too small, almost binding. I am unfortunately not good at saving packing slips, so I don't know if I can return them in exchange for a size 13.
