Not a true size

I really liked the shoes, however they seemed almost a size and a half too small, and sadly don't make a size 15

I still have not received the Wally Canvas shoes!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN A MONTH ! I BOUGHT TWO PAIR OF SHOES AT ONE TIME AND ONLY GOT ONE PAIR SO FAR!!!! NOT GOOOD

Really liked the shoes and they arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered the wrong shoe, my fault, using the 60% off coupon. I needed to exchange it but wanted to talk to someone to make sure I would still get my 60% off on the new shoe. Went to your site two times and emailed you. You were supposed to get with me in 24 hours. LIE! Unprofessional!

I wear a size 11.5 so I ordered a 12 and they're way too short. I have requested a size bigger 6x but haven't heard a word. terrible customer service.

The shoes themself are great. However, trying to return or get a refund from this company is impossible! Make sure you have exactly what you need before buying because its an enormous hassle almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get a return or refund.

I love the look and feel under my feet, but as soon as i start to walk these rub the back of my ankles raw.
