The shoes are to small I next to send back and exchange for size 7 . How do I do that ??

I thought they were a female shoe. I LOVE your shoes but was very disappointed. WAY TOO BIG.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. When the package arrived it had been closed incorrectly and therefore was open. There were 2 pairs of shoes in the package. I have tried contacting Hey Dude a few different ways and have yet to get a response. Would love to revisit this review at a later time.

Normally I am very happy with my purchase from Hey Dudes. I do not have an account but if you track purchases by email you will see that I have purchased over 10 pair. I was very unhappy with my recent purchase. I purchased two camouflage Hey Dudes for my sons for x-mas. I has already purchased a camouflage pair for my grandson for x-mas. They were supposed to match. When I received the shoes for my sons they were grey. I e-mailed this information to the seller and have not received a response. Now I am in a situation were X-mas is a few days away and I do not have a solution. Very unhappy!

Shoes took over a week to get to me

Probably would be great if I ever got them.

Not a good idea to order from this company unless you like to pay for items you will never receive!

I ordered mens size 9 but got women's. Not really happy. Emailed and no respinse. Not able to choose Terrible or how they fit. This page sucks.

Very poor quality and very cheap soles will not buy again ! Forget trying to call customer service , tried multiple time so I can return these and no answer .

So unhappy with color. Pic looked black with gold soles and they were green. Description says tundra. Not green or black.

The tassel broke on the left side of my shoe lace the first time I wore them, which wasnt even 3 hours. I messaged hey dudes and they responded one time and then didnt respond to my next two messages. I paid a lot of money for something that didnt last 3 hours. Very disappointed with the shoe and the company in general. Awful communication and they only care about your money and not wanting people satisfied with their product. Ive told everyone to not buy from there and will continue to message them, until they respond. Awful communication, awful awful awful.

It would be nice to get the shoes I ordered weeks ago, or at least a response on what the hold up is.

Great shoe. 1 star because I only received half of my order and have not heard back from customer support. Seems Im out the cost of a pair of shoes.
