Unfortunately, I'm not able to give a proper review on any of the Hey Dude shoes I purchased except that it is difficult to know which size to buy. I bought 4 pair around Christmas, 3 pair of the women's Wally canvas (one for myself and two that were intended as Christmas presents for my sisters.) I also bought a pair of men's shoes for my husband. The women's shoes were way too large for my sister and I. I ended up giving the smaller pair to the sister with the largest foot and they fit her. The men's pair ran smaller than expected, so I had to return them also. (My husbands old pair of hey dudes are size 11. The 12s I bought for him were too small). Out of the 4 pair I purchased, I kept one pair and sent the other 3 back. After reviewing my refund at a later date, I noticed that I had not been refunded the full amount for the 3 pair of shoes I returned. After reaching out several times to hey dude via their on-line chat, I was finally able to speak with someone. We emailed back and forth and she finally allowed us to speak via phone per my request. She explained that I had been given the refund amount for the 2 pair in women's shoes that I returned, but she didn't show a refund for the men's pair. She was supposed to check with the shipping dept and get back with me. Well, she never did. I then reached out via Facebook messenger and was basically told they will not refund me for the men's pair of shoes bc they don't have any proof of receiving them. I know for certain there were 3 pair of shoes in the box I returned. I'm not sure why Hey Dude is not more accountable for the inventory they get back on returns. Their shoes appear to be cute and comfy; however, because of this mistake they made and are unwilling to correct I will not be purchasing any more shoes from them. Very very disappointed in their customer service and hope they don't treat other customers this way.

Returned both pairs purchased. Still no refund. Not impressed.

They must be a mans shoe. Reordered and 2nd pair too big also.

Super light but did not fit true and did not stretch

Very uncomfortable I would return them but I had to wear them for a event.

I was very disappointed because I bought my normal shoe size (9) and it was a whole size, if not a whole size and a half, too big!! Returned my purchase and awaiting a refund.

I have tried to return them for a bigger size but have not received an email back with a shipping label. This experience makes me never want to purchase from this site again. So much easier just going into a store that carries them. I paid this money for shoes my husband cant wear.

They are paper thin and will give you blisters if you walk more than a mile!!

Ordered a size 12 in one color which fit fine but decided to exchange it for a different color same size. New size 12 was much smaller and unwearable. Tried to return but was told I am unable to return. Now stuck with shoe I cannot wear.

Got the ankle boots love them. Got my canvas shoes they had a small stain on top of them and put little bit of water and softly wiped it off and the cloth discolored and wrinkled tiny little balls of cloth..... I don't know what to do now.... they look messed up. Very comfortable but they came with a small stain.

Not true to size. Not comfy at all. Felt like cardboard.

I dont see all the rage , the suck. If you do buy a pair get a couple sizes up because they run small and arent very comfortable.

Great shoe for the price. Will buy more pairs real soon.

I havent even received them yet!! They are a Valentines Day gift and its been like 2 weeks.. love your shoes and the quality of them, but not impressed with delivery!

It did not say that they were mens or womens...I clicked on womens and they are huge.

Got the size 15 and it is hardly different from the 14. Think about people with big feet please! Too small!

Bought these really excited about the hype of them being great. Purchase was easy and shipping was quick. Get them out of the bag and was like this is it. The felt so cheap, thin material and the sole felt like 2 pieces of cardboard. I try them on and 8-10 steps in I knew these were not for me. The soles just so thin I felt like I was barefooted. Sizing was not true either. I wear a 12 and in Huey dude 12 my toe was crammed in the toe box. Getting a return was a beating. Tried contacting customer service for 2 weeks and not one reply. They also dont have a phone number listed. After almost 3 weeks I find the little tab that says returns which is all automated. Theyve been sent back but the process isnt complete.

Will most likely never buy from the site again. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I can never get in contact with anyone. Love the shoes but customer service is the worst

Left shoe feels bigger & wider than my side.. left foot slips in & out of shoe.
