Every size in almost all of the styles are sold out. Unless youre a size 13 youre out of luck!

I was really excited for this pair that is denim blue, they look great! Unfortunately the die doesn't last.. I had a sauce stain on them and so wiped them with a white napkin, cold water and a drop of soap. Well, the die came off and now they look old, faded and stained. I can't say what to expect now, as I'm afraid to wash them and lose that nice color. Bummed, as I really like these.

Shoes started to tear quick

Purchased these less than a month ago and the sole is already worn flat making it a hazard to wear. Contacted warranty dept and they stated it was normal wear. One month and the sole should not be worn flat. Poor quality.

I purchased a pair of shoes and wore them once. I noticed a defect to one of the laces and reported it the company. They stated it was normal wear and tear even though I told them it came like that. They do not stand behind their products or honor their warranty. BEWARE of this company.

Did not buy shoes

Gems are unraveling fast. Bought plenty pairs of dudes but these have been the worst!

Husband tried on when I bought for Fathers Day. Fit when he tried on but when he wore them for the day the tops of His toes were bleeding from rubbing. Cant return since hes worn them :-(

I have worn these twice now and they have major fraying. If I could post pictures I would but this review wont allow me to. I spent about 5 mins cleaning them up with scissors. I realize that 5 minutes isnt a lot of time but the point is I still had to spend the time doing it. I dont think they will hold up to a wash because of the issue and am skeptical of how long they will last with wear and tear. I will say they are really comfortable which is a shame because I probably would have bought another pair.

Hurts my feet too small

Not at all what we hoped for. Ran terribly big, and customer service was non-existent. We will take our money elsewhere.

I ordered a size 9 because that's what your sizing chart said would fit... Well they're too small

I love how how the shoe looks, but they feel horrible when I walk. Almost twisted my ankle twice because they don't provide any support.

Unfortunately, Im not able to give a proper review on any of the Hey Dude shoes I purchased except that it is difficult to know which size to buy. I bought 4 pair around Christmas, 3 pair of the womens Wally canvas (one for myself and two that were intended as Christmas presents for my sisters.) I also bought a pair of mens shoes for my husband. The womens shoes were way too large for my sister and I. I ended up giving the smaller pair to the sister with the largest foot and they fit her. The mens pair ran smaller than expected, so I had to return them also. (My husbands old pair of hey dudes are size 11. The 12s I bought for him were too small). Out of the 4 pair I purchased, I kept one pair and sent the other 3 back. After reviewing my refund at a later date, I noticed that I had not been refunded the full amount for the 3 pair of shoes I returned. After reaching out several times to hey dude via their on-line chat, I was finally able to speak with someone. We emailed back and forth and she finally allowed us to speak via phone per my request. She explained that I had been given the refund amount for the 2 pair in womens shoes that I returned, but she didnt show a refund for the mens pair. She was supposed to check with the shipping dept and get back with me. Well, she never did. I then reached out via Facebook messenger and was basically told they will not refund me for the mens pair of shoes bc they dont have any proof of receiving them. I know for certain there were 3 pair of shoes in the box I returned. Im not sure why Hey Dude is not more accountable for the inventory they get back on returns. Their shoes appear to be cute and comfy; however, because of this mistake they made and are unwilling to correct I will not be purchasing any more shoes from them. Very very disappointed in their customer service and hope they dont treat other customers this way.
