These are very comfortable shoes and I plan to keep them despite them being a smidge too short. I'd say they run half a size small. I usually wear a medium width, but after reading the reviews, I ordered a wide. i am glad I did because they fit just right and would have been way too narrow.

I wear a 10W so that's what I ordered. They are sized small. They fit but a 10 1/2 WW would have been perfect. Thankfully the high quality leather has started to stretch making them even more comfortable. The foot bed is so soft and comfy. Great arch support. I will wear them as a casual sandal. Love the soft leather & the Velcro closure makes on & off simple.

The middle strap on the regular width Kayla was just a little too tight for me, so I ordered the Wide in Oily Dune Nubuck. The one thing I didn't realize before purchasing was that the color of the sole was different - it's black on the regular width and sort of a brown color on the wide. I don't like it as much but I really did need the extra space in the straps. Also the footbed did not seem quite as cushy as the regular width. Still, I kept these and wore them all over Montreal - 10.5 miles the first day. Feet were definitely tired and sore by the end of the day but I wore them again the next day for another 5 miles, so not too shabby for right out of the box. Definitely a great supportive shoe, and not as bulky or wide as some other walking sandals.

this is not a wide shoe. It may be by Naot standards, but not by those of us who have wide feet. They are beautiful though and I wish they fit but I felt like Cindarella's evil step sister trying to get them on. Get the idea? try another brand. I just noticed a brand called SAS and they look promising. I will let you know. Thanks for help and service. A good time was had by all.

suuuuper cute sandals! love that they are real leather (smelled soooo good!). but i wish i had read the other reviews instead of being intoxicated by their good looks cuz i now hafta agree w/others that they were too narrow for my wide feet. bummer. sent 'em back. super thankful for zappos return policy. thank you!

This comfortable shoe ran short and narrow, so the largest size didn't fit me. So disappointing as the arch was perfect and the straps were comfortable.

Disappointed with this shoe. I finally found a NAOT sandal in wide, but the ankle strap was so long, I couldn't tighten them up enough to keep them on my feet. Sending them back. Its too bad for they seem like well made, stylish sandals.

I like the diagonal lines of this sandal, I feel like it can make a wide foot look more narrow, IF I could get my wide feet in the sandal! I ordered a wide and could not get my feet in it! The straps are leather and so is the foot bed, good materials, nice a soft, and pliable. There wasn't much or any arch support, the actual foot bed is very narrow for a wide width sandal and the heel cup is shallow, so your feet won't be cradled like they would in a birkenstock. My feet are wide with a high instep, so these will have to be returned.

Sandal was definitely not a wide shoe. It fit ok, but could have used a bit more room on the side. The arch was pretty uncomfortable, felt like I was walking on a rock

Footbed is super comfy but the straps are too loose. My guess is the "wide" has the same footbed as the regular width....just has more strap length/width maybe?

Beautiful leather, very comfortable foot bed, I really wish I could have found a good fit. I found the med. width very narrow. I ordered wide, but they felt too big & my foot slid forward in the shoe.

I wear 8.5 W in most shoes. This is narrow and not for a foot with a high arch or instep. Also ran short. Ordered 39 as suggested and as I have worn in other shoes- too short and definitely not wide in the toe area. Nice looking but not a good fit at all for me.

Wide width is NOT wider than the regular Naot width. Compared the sole of wider shoe to regular width and they are both the same. Wider has a bigger cross strap and it’s loose and sloppy across the foot and will get looser as you wear the leather shoe.

I have searveral pairs of Naot shoes and was disappointed that these felt too narrow for my comfort.

I was really hoping these would work for me as I needed some sandals for a trip where I'd be walking a fair amount. They were mostly comfortable, but the width was a little tight. I wear a medium width but these felt a bit narrow despite being a wide width. I wish I could keep them because they are cute. Back they go.

Not a true wide width. If you actually have wide feet, this is likely not a good fit. Shoe was very tight on my wide feet. While the leather will stretch over time, it would need to stretch a lot to fit well, more than normal stretching. The foot bed itself was narrow and my foot hung over the sides. If the shoe fit well, I would like it. It's a cute shoe and would be comfortable if the foot bed accommodated my foot.

These aren't wide enough for my 8.5 C width feet. The outside edge between the straps cuts into the bottom edge of my foot.

The length was good, but the width in the wide Kayla is really just a medium width to me. My feet are somewhere in the generous medium to almost wide range and this sandal was a tad too narrow for my feet. Disappointing, I was hoping for better! I had tried the regular width sandals in this line of Naot which are billed as a medium, which were narrow for me, so I was hoping my feet would not hang over the edge of the wide ones,, but they did, just barely, enough for me to send them back to wonderful Zappos, who have put up with my many returns. Thank you Zappos, you make the pain of shoe shopping so much less severe!

Nice looking, and the length was fine, but it felt very wide at the front while at the same time, the front outside was cut so that my toes sort of stuck out just enough to be annoying and potentially let them get sideswiped by furniture.

The style was nice, but the shoe was not even close to being "wide" width. In fact, I compared them to another brand I ordered at the same time, and the other brand's normal width was wider than this wide.

This shoe brand size EUR 42 is not true to U.S. size 12. It is actually equivalent to a U.S. size 11 or 11.5

I don't know by what standard these are considered wide, but maybe I just need to size up to a 9 (40), even though the 8 (39) fits my foot perfectly, they're too narrow. For being an "orthopedic shoe" for people that need arch support, they're not made for flat footed folks.

I was waiting for Kayla to be available as a wide. Alas, it's a wide, but the front straps, which are not adjustable, are really wide. Sadly, they are going back. The medium is a "narrow" medium and just doesn't fit.

Sadly, I have duck feet. Wide toes and narrow heel. The strap was not adjustable and was to big in the heel.

I was excited to get these, but then I tried them on. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2. My feet aren't wide, but I would rather have them too wide than too narrow. I ordered an 8 1/2 wide. They were anything but wide. I could barely fit my feet into them, and my toes hung off the end. I am sending them back. It is unfortunate, because they're really cute and appeared to be comfortable.
