Oh my goodness. I had been desperately searching for a sandal to wear in Europe that was comfortable but still a little stylish—I must have bought and returned 5-6 pair (thanks, Zappos!) before finding these. I have literally walked 8-12 miles each day in these shoes over the past several weeks—and I only got ONE minor blister. I also find that they are relatively stylish for a “comfort shoe.” My one wish is that there was a buckle rather than a Velcro closure—it would kick up style points a little. Overall, though... I am unbelievably glad I found these shoes.

NOT a wide width - don't buy if your feet are wide. There is a hard, uncomfortable lump right under the big toe, in both shoes. Right about where the strap attaches to the sole. I give up on Naot.

Loved the sandals but the wide width is too narrow and not true to size. It's more of a medium width.

This shoe is great right out of the box. No break in period required. Great arch support and soft leather. I would say that these shoes (wide width) feel more like a medium width and run about 1/2 size small.

The size and fit was on point. They feel soft and comfortable walking. They also look stylish and make my legs look nicer. I ordered the Kayla’s before the regular size 38 and they were tight so this time I tried the wider ones and they were much better feel. I love the navy color ones and planning on getting the black ones soon.

I’ve been planning a trip to Italy and am totally obsessed with finding the right shoes, of course! After ordering four pair that did not work (no support, felt like I was wearing pancakes) , I finally tried these. I “road tested” them yesterday, and walked over 7 miles in them and all is good…they are going to Italy next week! Comfort ? Support ? Simple Style that goes with all my Summer wardrobe ? … Ciao ciao for now!

I did not expect these to be comfortable, but I was so surprised! They fit my wide feet very nicely, and the arch support is just right for me.

Naot "wide" is not especially wide. This sandal is more narrrow than the Kirei style shoe in wide, which I love. I am keeping them because they are very cute, but it remains to be seen if I will be able to walk long distances in them like I can with the Kirei.

I honestly believe I received a knock-off pair of Naot sandles. I purchased a navy pair and loved them so much that a few days later, I ordered the matte black color. The shoes are the same size and style with only the color being different; so I thought. The black shoes have an entirely different sole that has no give; you cannot bend them at all. They are stiff and hard and the sole looks like hard shiny plastic. The blue pair was more of a flexible softer latex or rubber which I could bend. I also noticed the blue pair had the size imprinted on the bottom; the black pair did not. The wavy markings on the bottom of each shoe was different. The black pair were uncomfortable and the strap around the right heel was too long and the left heel was too short. I am returning these to Zappos and will try to find a local store where I can see the black ones before buying. The navy pair was great. There is no reason two colors in the same style should be this much different unless one wasn't really a Naot but a knock-off IMHO.

It's great Naot is making a wider style, but the straps have not changed proportionally. The middle strap gaps by about an inch, while the others fit fine. Otherwise, they're great. Unfortunately, back they go.

I don't have a particularly wide foot, but often find some shoes are too narrow. These are perfect; so comfortable & fashionable. Have worn them all day & no rubbing & great support. Highly recommend.

Naot is the only footbed that fits my high-arch wide foot, supports my fallen arches and doesn't hurt my bunions so I can walk ALL DAY. I already have a pair of Kayla wide that I love and wanted them in another color so I ordered the gray but unlike my first pair of Kayla, these were tight and the straps hit my bunions in all the wrong places - and they were the same size as my first pair. Not sure what happened....they're going back for someone else to enjoy.

I have a difficult time finding shoes for my size 5 Wide foot (I think there must be only six of us women in the world with small, wide feet). These sandals fit perfectly! They are wide but not incredibly wide. I'm in my 50's, and while my daughters in their 20's wouldn't be caught dead in these, they are stylish enough for a grown woman.

These are very comfortable, right out of the box. I didn't need to break them in. Reasonably stylish given how easy they are to wear!

I Love these sandals! I generally wear 9.5W-10, I ordered a 10 in these and they are the exact right size for me. Felt good right out of the box, very comfortable! Just what I was looking for!

These sandals are extremely classy and comfortable. They work equally well with jeans, slacks, shorts and skirts and dresses. They are well constructed with quality materials. it is hard to find sandals in a 'wide' that do not look wide. These are perfect!

I ordered the wide because I had read that the brand ran narrow, and I'm glad I did. These shoes felt like walking on sturdy marshmallow clouds. They were very simple in style, but the leather was attractive and well-made. Sadly, they didn't fit my strange feet. I have wide toes and very narrow heels, so my heels slipped out and one of my toes slightly hung off the edge, so I just don't think this brand will work for me because the wide won't fit my heels. I'm glad I tried them, though! I'm sad to have to return them because they were just so comfortable. Definitely give them a try if you are shopping for a comfort, well-made sandal that has versatility!

I love these sandals. However, I do not expect the strap to pull loose from the velcro closing within two days of wearing, especially at this price. I'm not sure I would buy another pair, even though they were very comfortable.

I have worn Naot shoes for years and their sizing has changed. This is the second pair of Kayla sandals I have ordered. Kayla is part of same collection as my "Bernice" sandals that fit perfectly, and runs as a 'narrow to medium width' so I ordered a pair. The first pair was too narrow, my foot was over the outer edge of the sole and the straps were very tight, so I returned them and ordered a pair in the wide width. The sole on the wide pair was a near perfect fit, very comfortable with great arch support, but the straps were so loose that the sandals flopped around with every step I took. The Navy Velvet leather is beautiful, and I am sorry to have to return these stylish sandals. I have ordered, and returned, several pairs of Naot sandals recently, sadly the size I have worn for years is longer and narrower than it used to be and a smaller size is not available.

These sandals are very comfortable and supportive and the style looks good even on my wide foot. However, the adjustable strap only fits with a half inch of velcro showing, which is not attractive and is annoying on a shoe that's supposed to be wide. I like them pretty well otherwise, but I'd love them if that strap were longer. I'm happy Naot is offering some styles in wide, but I'd be happier if they made them truly wide.

I read the reviews & ordered the 38 in wide width, which feels perfect, this is not too wide. I am usually a 7 1/2 M. I did not need the 39 as several suggest in the reviews. The 38 was true to size for length. Beautiful leather as all Noats. Great arch support, the kind of sandal you can walk for miles in. Naot never disappoints, it’s just a matter of finding the right fit.

These shoes are not good for flat feet as you can feel the edge of the shoe where most people have an arch. I’m sure if I had an arch I would have loved them. Have to return.

I love these sandals! This is only the second pair of Naots I have purchased, but I am absolutely sold on their quality! I expect this shoe to get me though many miles of walking through city streets and cobblestoned Europe. I am more of a 7.5 than a 7, and admittedly there is just a bit of space to spare at toe and heel, but I love them!

I have these shoes in navy, and they fit my tiny, wide feet (36 wide) perfectly, so I bought another pair in Dune assuming they would fit exactly the same. However, the straps across the toes on these are very tight. I don’t remember having any issue with the width in the navy pair at all. I bought these to wear in Europe this summer, but I may have to try stretching them to make them comfortable enough.
