Oh, man. These sandals fit like perfection right out of the box. The footbed is unbelievably comfortable, and the arch support hits in exactly the right place. This style definitely runs narrow. I have a wide-ish foot (I wear a 7W in running shoes but can get away with some regular width shoes if they have a roomy toebox). The 7W Kaylas JUST fit, width-wise.

Naot is a go to brand for my hard to fit...with wide feet (C orD), a high arch and high instep. I've almost worn out one pair of these sandals. Love their comfort and style.

I got the navy blue kayla in wide and they are perfect! I am usually a 5 W (D) in women's shoes. I purchased size 35. I read other reviews that state that this shoe does not feel like a wide width. It does for me. It is very comfortable, decent arch support and stylish. Very happy with my purchase.

I have hard to fit feet and these are perfect. Nice support, light and straps that can be fitted exactly to your feet. Love them.

I've had some recent foot problems (issues resulting from bunions and high arches) and have only been able to wear Hoka sneakers with custom orthotics. In fact, my doctor told me to forego the sandals this year. However when summer rolled around I desperately wanted sandals wide enough to accommodate the bunions, that provide support without allowing my big toes to flex too much...and that are cute! I tried SEVERAL brands and styles (thank you Zappos!) and finally landed on these. So far so good. They seem to provide good arch support, they are wide enough, and stylish. The only issue is that the heel strap is a bit loose no matter how much I tighten the velcro closure. I am crossing my fingers that these will work long term.

Naot shoes have great arch support. This is my fourth pair in the wide width, and I wish this style came in more colors, and especially in nubuck material which is softer than leather. I also wish more styles came in wide.

I normally wear a size 38 medium. I have purchase other colors of this shoe in size 39 as other reviews said this shoe runs narrow. They were comfortable and I kept them. Since this color was available only in size 38 wide, I thought I would try it. They fit me fine. So this wide size actually isn’t all that wide.

This is a nice, supportive sandal with straps perfectly placed to avoid my bunion! Good arch support and a comfortable footbed.

This sandal is truly comfortable with good arch support and fits my wide foot. I also like the elevated heel as I don’t like flat shoes.

I wore these sandals right out of the box and they are very comfortable. I’m really happy with them. I wanted and got a sandal that would fit securely and eliminate/minimize the risk of slipping off the shoe or tripping. The leather is very nice - I was worried that it would be uncomfortable and too rigid, but not at all. I wear a size 39 and my foot is a little wide and these fit perfectly. I’m thinking of getting a second pair in red.

When I first tried these on, thy felt tight. I loosened the strap across the top of my insole, which helped a lot. They still feel a little tight across the ties, but they're comfortable enough, They offer a lot of support and stability, like the pair of Naots I bought eight years ago and still wear.

I measure a 7 1/2 wide in almost every shoe I buy. I bought these in an 8 wide and they fit perfect. I am surprised by all the negative reviews saying these are not wide enough. They are wide enough for a regular wide foot but maybe not an extra wide. I have bunions and these are probably the most comfortable sandal I have ever wore. If you are in between sizes, don't be afraid to order a half size up. I plan on ordering a second pair in a different color. These shoes look nice with jeans, shorts, capris and summer dresses and are comfortable enough to walk miles in.

I love the Naot brand but couldn't wear the Kayla cuz it was too narrow. The wide is perfect & love the Navy color.

I've worn Naot's for years. They fit me well and are very comfortable.

I love everything about these shoes, but the front straps were a little too loose for my feet.

Shoes are very important to me due to complete spinal surgery from my neck to tail bone. Hard to find shoes I can wear without hurting my back and that fit well immediately. NAOT is it! Love their products.

I loved these sandals even though I returned them. The leather is soft and the foot bed was very comfortable. I previously ordered the regular width and found it to be too narrow for my foot. I sometimes order shoes in wide widths but not always so be mindful if you have a wider foot. I really like the color which seemed somewhat yellow to me but not a nude which is what I was looking for. I might buy these at a later date in a different color...it would be great if the wide width came in more colors like the regular sandal does.

Naot never disappoints. I was searching recently for a pair of sandals for a cruise to French Polynesia, and as usual I waited until the last minute to start my search. I found, however, that Naot had come out with a Wide version of the ever-popular Kayla sandal. Naot's sandals made for narrower feet are simply too narrow for me. With fingers crossed, I ordered the Kayla, and I'm thrilled to say the fit was perfect! Extremely comfortable right out of the box with ample arch support. These will be perfect for European cobblestone streets also. (As a side note, I'm pleased to say we finished the cruise and got home without needing to be quarantined.) Thank you, Naot and Zappos!

I love this shoe so much. I've been wearing ugly sandals for years, just to get a good fit and good support. Now I only wear the Naot Kayla. And it comes in wide, although not enough of the colors.

As other reviewers have noted, this “wide” style felt more like a regular width. I typically wear a 10B, but based on reviews, I ordered a 41 in this wide style and it was perfect. Appears to be very well made, great supple leather that is high quality, and the small wedge is just right, height-wise. I have a small bunion and the design is great because of the v-shaped space between the front straps, which gives just enough room with no rubbing. I often get blisters with new shoes, but I’ve worn these for two days and no issues so far. I am 100% happy with this purchase and I expect I’ll be able to get rid of several pairs of “just OK” sandals because these are perfect!

I usually wear a medium with but I ordered a wide in the Kayla because I heard the medium with runs narrow. The wide is perfect for me. I usually have problems finding a comfortable shoe but the Naot Kayla is comfy for wearing all day. I will be ordering again in another color. I highly recommend this shoe.

It came down to the Birkenstock Mayari in navy or the Kayla in Navy. I am a size 10W older female who has had various foot problems, including falling arches, plantar fasciitis, a bone spur, and perineal tendon and other tendon injuries over the past 5 years that required serious physical therapy. I had to find adjustable sandals that also look good with skirts, shorts, and pants. The Kayla fits well, is adjustable, and doesn't make my wide feet look even wider. I like the supportive sole. The Kayla wins over the Mayari! Thank you, Zappos, for making shoe shopping easier for difficult feet!

My 1st Naots! 40 was a tiny bit short, had 2 reorder 41. Fit PERFECT right out of the box! VERY comfortable !!! Quality black matte leather & ?? The cork & comfy footbed! Haven't worn yet for a long period of time & that test will determine if they work for me or not. I was born with extremely flat feet & have osteoarthritis! SO TOUGH 2 find any shoe/sandle that I can tolerate for more than 2 hrs!

This is my SECOND pair of Kayla Wide in the nubuck (mustard color) in the same color, since the regular Kayla mediums come in 17 colors but the wides only come in 4 colors. With this order, I also got them in slate. I wore out my first pair after 3 treks through Europe (walking an average of 15 miles a day), and I wore them at home day and night. Cupped heel, arch support, cork sole made them feel like I was walking on air - even on European cobblestoned streets - had none of my usual heel and arch pain and the width (for my bunions) was perfect! Sent back the 'slate' which really was a denim blue nubuck. Wish they came in more colors, and WISH NAOT MADE MORE STYLES IN WIDE WIDTHS for those of us who want to wear their more 'elegant' shoes!
