very. durable and comfortable great sock

I bought at local Cabela's - unfortunately LL Bean doesn't sell XL sizes. They're an awesome sock.

These are my husband's favorite socks. They fit great, wear and wash well. He wears a 9-9.5 shoe.

Almost all of my socks in my drawer are made by Darn Tough. These are great for hikes, long walks, and long days on my feet.

Quality isn't cheap and these socks are worth the expense! Most comfortable socks I've ever worn, especially with hiking shoes. I purchased 6 pair and expect, due to the quality, they will wear well for many years to come.

Socks fit perfectly, Tight enough to not slip over my ankle and loose enough to not affect circulation or scrunch up my toes. Also, their very nice to look at.

Ordered medium size as I have always in your socks. However, the fit is quite sloppy. Manufacturers packaging states a size 7 foot should be ordering their size small in this sock. Are you going to carry sizes that are going to fit?

I bought the Darn Tough socks in xxl and they fit my size 16 feet very well. They are warm and keep my feet dry and provide a sense of comfort. I was happy to find my size.

I have slowly replaced all of my socks with Darn Tough. Time has proven to me that they are by far the most cost-effective and comfortable sock I can buy. Head and shoulders above other socks for toughness. I'm a videographer so work indoors and out, in offices and the woods. With the many colors and weights I can match the look and feel I need for the day. Also the warranty is for real. Sent back a pair once that developed a hole and got a replacement by mail.

Purchased a pair from LL Bean for myself for Christmas and now I'm slowly replacing all my regular socks with Darn Tough. My feet are usually cold and wet, but these socks make a big difference.

The Darn tough Cushion socks are very comfortable and appear to be constructed of high quality material. Should wear very well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a thicker sock that will stand up to the wear and provide comfort and warmth.

Fit well, look good, durable, and warm...what more would one want?

I live near L.L.Bean in Freeport and wear these socks every day at work and/or working outside around my home. I wear them with Keen and Oboz ankle-high boots and they are perfect. I was first impressed by their guarantee and the fact that they were made in Vermont. When Bean's shoe representatives wear a product that also gets my attention. I bought one pair and was sold. I now have four pairs and there is no visible evidence of wear after more than one year. Comfort is the best of any of the socks I own and they really are Darn Tough. That's what I expect and Vermont and L.L.Bean delivered.

I own a couple pairs of these socks. I love them for hiking, as well as every day use. They are soft and comfortable. I have a few other brands of hiking socks (SmartWool, EMS...) and Darn Tough are by far the best. Of course all hiking gear and comfort comes down to personal preference, but these socks are my preference.

I had just read an article about winter clothing that was worth the 'added cost' and these were on the list... Worn them several times and they are toasty with no signs of wear at all - wore them once for 12 hours straight.

These socks are tough. I think that may have something to do with the name. Also they are serious about the lifetime warranty. No matter how many I send back, I always get a new pair in return. I hope they start making cars.
