This is my second pair and I really love them. I especially love that they come in wide as I have problems with my feet but with these boots, there is no pain and can wear them all day with no problems. I love these boots so much, I purchased an extra pair to save for later. My first pair actually lasted about 3 years but I finally wore them out and I am hard on shoes! Long lasting, comfortable fit (no break in needed), and great quality. I highly recommend these boots!

This is first hiking boots I've ever purchased and I love it! I got 6.5 wide for my not so narrow feet. I own another pair of Salomon hiking shoes and that took awhile to break in, but this one did so well on my first day of 6 miles hiking. No pain or discomforts. Also, I was looking for something to support my ankle and it did a great job. Hiked in Sept and it still kept pretty dried too. I can't wait to try in the snowy trail! A tiny thing concerned me was it felt little bulky stepping down on a tiny rock.

These are a great choice for hiking! Comfortable, easy to lace and they look great on!

These shoes are easy to break in and are so comfy. I bought them 2 weeks before my big hiking trip wore them for about 10 ish miles and then off to my hiking trip over 100 miles. They felt awesome. I would highly recommend these shoes. Now i wear a sneaker size of 9, heal size of 7.5, and most other shoes an 8. So I bought an 8, I think it was the right size for me.

I love these boots! I have had so much trouble finding boots with a correct fit for my feet, which I really don't think are that odd. This wide boot is perfect for my toes, has great arch support, and really protect my ankles that sometimes roll from old injuries. Yesterday was my first real hike in then, 7.5 miles over different types of terrain, including very rocky. Not one slip or ankle roll and no blisters!

I have owned this style of boot for the last three years and these are the best hiking boots I've ever purchased. I use these strictly for hiking and have explored 3 different national parks including cold/winter summit hikes, humid forests, and in the hot dry deserts. I can honestly say I have not wore shorts and hiked in soaking rain (but clearly that's not going to prevent your feet from getting wet) but with my rain pants on... never an issue with leaking! I wear appropriate socks that keep my skin out of contact with the ankle fabric and again never an issue. I absolutely love these boots and when the day comes I will replace them with the x-ultra model again!

X Ultra 3 Mid Boots are really superb. Great fit and super looking.

These boots are just awesome. They look so amazing with leggings to my hiking pants. They are a big hit out here in Alaska, despite people's love for xtratufs. waterproof and awesome grip on the snowy ground. I can't say enough about these boots, it's like wearing running shoes with the added ankle support, traction, warmth and weather resistance. I will be buying a new pair every year.
