I have worn Salomon hiking shoes, trail running shhoes and hiking boots for over ten years. I love the fit comfort and features of Salomon products including their winter boots.

Great fit, long walks with no blisters. Have worn out 9 pairs. I wish more colours were available in Canada.

Great cushion and grippy sole, same quality I've come to expect out of Salomon shoes. I will say they are a hair narrower than my XA Mids and Quests, but that may be a plus as they really wrap around your feet and feel like an extension of your foot. Speed laces are great, as always. Definitely a must have shoe for the off-road runner.

Great traction and a comfortable fit. My feet are a little on the wider side and these fit great. Love the Quicklace and you can just loosen them up around camp and skip the camp shoes. Similar fit to the Guardian boot in the Forces line.

I've worn three pairs of these over four years hiking the GR5 from Lake Geneva to Menton. Paired with thick wool socks these are the perfect summer hiking shoe. Lightweight and ultra comfortable I've never experienced a hot spot or blister. The lace system is genius and has never let me down. It's particularly great for long downhills where you can quickly cinch tighter and stop your toes ever touching the front of the shoe. Most of the wear on the sole has been from my daily 8 mile walk to and from work on pavements, hence I get through a pair a year. Have the Gtx version for winter and rain. I can't imagine a better hiking shoe. Please don't change this design, just more fab colours please!

I bought these as every day shoes also as gym shoes. These are true to size and are very comfortable. Also easy on and off and hold up well to day to day use.
