I have another pair of Born leather flats in size 6.5 so I ordered these in the same size. I couldn’t even get my foot in to try them on- they were so much smaller than my other pair. I really want to like these shoes, so I have ordered them in a larger size, 7.5, one whole size larger.

I have bought and worn out at least 3 pairs of Born shoes. However, this particular style was too big. I wear a 10 and almost never have that problem but my feet were definitely sliding out of these and I had to return.

These are really pretty shoes, but there just wasn't enough support for my feet. I love the style and if you are comfortable in most flats, these will be fine, as they do have a moderate arch support, but I was hoping for more than they provided. Too bad because they really are a cute shoe.

I own several BORN shoes and expected these to be super comfortable, unfortunately they are not. They rubbed the back of my ankle, and were just uncomfortable - very disappointing because they are really cute - I will be returning

Fit as expected. Was not as comfortable as I would have liked which is why I will be returning. The edges are very stiff. It is a beautiful shoe and I love the detail across the toe.

I have several pairs of born flats. And I like them very much. I was excited about these but found they do not run true to size the way other shoes from Born do. Be prepared to order a half size smaller - these ran big

These shoes are super cute! However, the fit is ALL WRONG. These shoes felt at least a 1/2 size too large. Not to mention they felt wider than standard width shoes. Born shoes typically fit well and true to size. Additionally, these shoes didn't feel like they had enough padding. I really wanted these shoes to work. I even went and bought TWO different insoles to see if the insoles would take up space, making the shoes fit better. I was very disappointed that these shoes didn't fit. For the record, I ordered a size 6. They do not make anything smaller in this style. I bought the brown and black, but am returning them both. BUT Zappos has AMAZING customer service, and I have already order a different brand/style.

They were more comfortable than most ballet flats I’ve tried lately, but they just weren’t cute. I didn’t like the way my feet looked in them - kind of blunted and fat (neither of which are true).

These shoes were just too small to be able to make any comments about comfort. They are very cute, I’m disappointed the size runs so small. I wear an 11 and there is not a larger size available to try.

Beautiful shoe. I wish they fit, they run a little on the big size. I would need a 5 1/5 and they don't come in anything smaller than a 6. Good quality, nice cushioning with arch support. Had to return both pairs, I was hoping the first just had been stretched out but the second pair fit exactly the same.

Shoes were wide so loose and heel slipped out of back. Box shoes came in had been taped together with several pieces of scotch tape.

The stitch going across the toe started to pop loose on the first day of wear. The opening is also very stiff, rubbing against your skin uncomfortably. Returned

Definitely an office shoe. I thought the detail on the toe would make it more interesting, but it's just a nice, slightly dressy flat. I was shopping for a different kind of wear, so returned it. Also, I run 8 - 8.5, ordered in an 8 and it was definitely a bit tighter than I could have worn.

I ordered an 8.5 since I have other born flats in 8.5 which fit perfectly. They were too snug, so returned and ordered 9. The 9s were way too big. I'm so disappointed because the shoes are nice quality and great style. Id buy them in a second if there was a size that would fit.

The shoe looked better on line than in person. It was too wide, the color was too orange and you could see a light colored fabric through the decorative holes.

Love the shoes but they have a strong odor. I'm assuming it's the dye but I have left them sit out for several weeks & can still smell the odor. Hate to return them but can't wear them with the smell.

Never have I ever had a shoe this wide before from Born. Toe area was fine, the heal was crazy wide. And I don't have narrow feet. I'm so disappointed in Born lately.

I usually wear an 8 or an 8.5. It said to order a half size smaller so I ordered an 8. It was HUGE! So I exchanged it for a 7.5, which was way too small. So frustrating since the shoe is so cute.

These shoes were cute, cute, cute. BUT really wide. I ordered an M and I walked out of the shoe. They gave good support but were too wide.

This shoe is SO COMFORTABLE, but... the decorative leather strip comes out of the side. I pushed it back in, in an attempt to keep the shoes, but it just won't stay in!
