I have a pair of Merrell's Encore in every color since breaking bones in each go or a few years ago. This one looked a little snappier so I tried it but it was too narrow for me. Beautiful shoe, though!

Really like these shoes, comfortable, supportive, but not too clunky.

I love Merrell shoes. their slightly offset toe box fits my foot perfectly. I slip these on and it felt great. I ordered a half size larger so I could wear socks and my foot would not be pinched when they swelled while traveling or after a long night of ushering at the Fitzgerald theater. These are said to be leather, but it is so smooth, it almost looks like rubber. Still, they are perfect.

This is an excellent shoe with the wonderful support that you expect from Merrell. Very comfortable right away. I only gave it 4 stars because its not a very attractive shoe. It's a functional shoe that I ill wear for a long time.

These shoes are pretty comfy, but I'm hoping that they stretch out a little as they are on the narrow side.

This is a nice casual moccasin with minimal arch support. It ran long on me, so I had to return it.

The shoes are fine. They arrived in a different shade than the photo indicated but I don't mind. They hurt the tops of my feet a little but I think I've just got to break them in. They have excellent arch support which is why I wanted them to begin with. TL;DR Good shoe, wrong color.

Loved the shoes. One just did not fit!!!

This shoe is a beautiful deep red color that I love and it fits well on a bare foot. If you want or need to wear a sock, it is too small. Get a half size larger if you have to wear footies or socks. Arch support is good and the shoe is comfortable.

The shoes fit fine. From the picture, though, I thought they were slightly dressier than they were. I wanted to wear them to work but they are just a touch to casual. I will still keep them though as they are great for my days off.

I am pleased with my black shoes with the flex elastic over the insole. I was hoping that they would fully replace a pair of old beloved european style shoes and i was not disappointed by the style. My feet did get hot so i will be looking for leather insoles to replace the once that came with these.. For most people i think the comfort would be fine.. i am very sensitive to materials that are not organic i also find that Merrell run short compared to many other brands that i had already made the right choice of size for my foot . The versatile simplicity of this style make them suited for many events from very casual to classically dressed for even a wedding. Perfect fit for my foot. Thank you

I wanted a nice pair of casual shoes. These fit the bill. I am going to buy another color also!

Merrell shoes continue to be well made,comfortable and long lasting. Will be wearing these for many years. Good for everyday use or more formal affairs.

the cut of this shoe is more modern, i would like the brown to be darker, but the chocolate brown is fine. like all merrell's it's incredibly light and i can walk around the office all day looking "professional" without compromising MY ABILITY TO WALK which all the ridiculous flats and heels do these days. with other similar shoes, it feels as heavy as a brick. With merrell's it never feels that way.

Very happy with the ordering and delivery. The shoes are nice and comfortable...but I long for the days when Merrell had the casual shoes that were more supportive for the arch and the bouncier sole...as I can sometimes work 12 hour days on my feet and Merrell shoes was all I had where as nowadays they are not as supportive and comfortable for those long working days...

These are my alternative to your wonderful SPIRE shoes that I have owned for years. They were my favorite shoes EVER. I've bought at least 4 pairs and was planning to wear them for the rest of my life, keeping an older pair to knock around it and a shiny new pair for nicer occasions. I am DEVASTATED that they are no longer in your line. PLEASE consider reviving these excellent shoes that go dressier than the Encore Kassie Moc. Spire look like Prada, these look kind of oafish.
