I loved these boots, but unfortunately they were too narrow for my feet (bunions).

WOW! Fit perfectly, very comfortable, they don’t make me look like I’m wearing "clodhoppers" so I’ll probably order another pair. These days I usually wear a 10.5-11 Narrow or Med. I ordered the eleven medium in black, put them on and told my husband "these are the most comfortable "shoes"/ boots I’ve ever worn" and I’ve been around for quite a while! Now that said I wanted, on occasion, to be able to wear them with socks and these Mt. Maddsen boots are comfortable both with & without socks. I should mention that my feet HATE arch supports so if you need support you’ll probably want to have your own inserts. I don’t know if you’ll need to order a larger or wider size up to accommodate inserts. I previously ordered other brands of boots but they were instantly "no go's" so these boots were a very pleasant surprise.

Bought these for my teenage daughter for hiking. She liked these very much. Because of reviews saying these ran small, I ordered one size up and they were fine.

I’ve had a pair of Timberland hiking boots since 1990. They actually were not worn out, but I outgrew them due to foot surgeries. I retired them earlier this year and recently saw these on sale, so I ordered. Same great style and comfort, just a size bigger.

I ALWAYS wear a size 7, but these black Timberland Mt. Maddsen mid leather waterproof boots were only available in 7.5 (black) and only available at Zappos. So I took a chance and ordered the 7.5. They fit like a true 7. I have slightly narrow feet and these 7.5 fit like a glove. They are light weight and comfy. Too bad the black is no longer available anywhere.
