I bought these boots years ago, and sadly had to return them because there was a defect in the left toe box that makes them unwearable. I replaced those with a different Timby hiking boot that was perfect in every way. Recently I ordered this pair again, thinking there's no way something could go wrong again. It was like they resent the same pair. Unwearable.

I bought these to replace some well worn Scarpas. I thought they felt a little stiff when I first brought them home, but figured there would be a break in period. I have worn these just a few times, as they have stayed stiff and cause my feet to go numb and ache. These run really narrow and long. The insoles are quite hard and unyielding and make my feet go numb in a few different places. I wore them driving my jeep which has a clutch and I almost drove to a shoe store after about a half hour in traffic to buy different shoes as I couldn't feel my feet.
Probably past the point of returning to the store since I've worn them outside a few times. Last ditch effort will be to get different insoles to see if I can make a difference. Not recommended at all.

I read the reviews that these run small and ordered a half size larger but these are way smaller and narrower than that. I definitely recommend ordering a whole size bigger.

I wear a medium or in a hiking boot I'll order a Wide if available. I ordered 6.5 Wide and it is too narrow. In the reviews others mentioned the wide was narrow but I took a chance. Nope, too narrow.

I bought this hiking boots because I love going hiking. Unfortunately feel so narrow after 2 hours I couldn't walk any more and I make sure I ordered a wide size for maximum comfortably.

Ugh, where to begin! I ordered a WIDE pair, yet my entire pinky toe BECAME a blister by the end of my camping trip! When I popped the blister, I did not know a foot could produce that much liquid. I understand the return policy states that a refund is issued only if a shoe is unworn, but it is so unfair that I have to deal an expensive boot that I didn't even know would destroy my feet after walking only a couple of miles. Unacceptable! I just want a refund :(

These shoes are SO much darker in person and the olive detail is the same brown color as the boots. The picture on the box matches the photo online but do not match the bits. I am able to return them, which is great, however, it will take 3-4 weeks to get my money back. That is a ridiculous amount of time. I will not be ordering straight from the Timberland website again.

Bought this for covid hiking was hoping to use all summer long. However this shoe is cute but extremely narrow. I dont think i have wide feet but these were unbareable. I kept thinking i would “break them in” or loosen them up over time but no-go. Now I wear them around the yard for yard work but not for long walks.
Also for some reason the right shoe was worse fit then the left.
I would not recomend this shoe or if you do buy it make sure it fits right out of the box

My ankles were getting quarter sized blisters because the boots could not get tight enough with only one lace hook around the ankle. My heel was constantly moving up and down, no matter how tight I tried to tie them and it create my foot to go numb.

I didn't even try them on because the color was so ugly. A dirty brown gray color.

I went to a store and tried size 7, unfortunately it was too small and they didn't have 7.5 so I bought it online. I was in love with this boots but it feels so uncomfortable, puts so much pressure all around the outer edge of the foot that I had to return it. I'm very disappointed.

I liked the look of the boots but WAY too narrow. I am a 7.5 in everything and never have any fit issues but these are very narrow and will be going back unfortunately.

The toe box is too narrow and puts pressure all around the outer edge of the foot, especially on the balls of the foot - and I say this as someone who has to get the narrow sizes in all other boots! Tried to break them in for a week just at work, but it only got worse with time. And with only one hook as well, there is no way to lace them snug enough for ankle and heel support without compressing the dorsal nerve bundle and ending up with a numb foot.
