This shoe is super comfortable.

I ordered these for a trip overseas where we will do lots of walking. I have had surgery on my left big toe and now I have a plate and 7 screws in this toe. The toe is also slightly angled up in front so that when I walk I can still roll my foot because the plate replaced my toe joint and the toe is not flexible. Therefore my toe will push up against a toe box that is too small or too tight. Although I generally love Merrell's. these shoes were too tight and too small in the toe box area. They might be fine for someone with no toe issues, but you should know that they are tight fitting.

I wear an 11M and these shoes fit well. Unfortunately, they were not quite what I was looking for and the Vapor color seemed white - I thought they'd be a softer gray based on the picture. I've had two pair of the Siren Edge style, which I loved and prefer to the Siren Hex Q2 E-Mesh. I hope they keep making the Siren Edge but the availability seems to be dwindling, at least in my size.

I was positive I'd love these, but they felt a little like bowling shoes to me. Comfortable bowling shoes (not that I'm an expert since I've only gone bowling 3 times in my life) but not enough enough support or cushioning for me to imagine taking long walks in them. Still, they're nice shoes, nothing strange or fussy. They just look like regular, decent shoes, and I wish I liked them more.

I always wear a 8.5 in Merrel's, and these fit perfectly. They had some arch support, and were very lightweight. I did not find them comfortable enough as the fabric for the tongue/lace up area of the shoe was rubbing against the top of my foot and irritating me after only 5 minutes of wear. I also just didn't like the look once I saw them in person. If they were comfortable I would have been ok with it, but since they were't I returned them.

These shoes were good for light hikes and walking the dog. But I have owned them for exactly one year, and now they have a hole. Bummer. I expect shoes at this price point to last longer.

Cute Minimalist looking shoe. Goes well with skinny jeans, shorts , Capri's, work out wear etc. However, I disagree with some reviewers on the support. These shoes do not have much in the way of support. It has a very thin sole. It had enough room for me to add a thin insert to give cushioning, otherwise I could feel everything I stepped on. The tongue is super thin, there isn't any cushioning there either. They are extremely light weight. I do agree there is toe room and the fit is true to width. I like the toe guard on this shoe. I think if you are happy with totally flat flip flops, you'll be okay in this shoe. If you are one who wants cushioning, and a bit more than minimal arch support, this isn't the shoe for you. I'm a older lady who's feet have served me well, so I require a bit more cushioning and support from a shoe for long stretches of wearing. Thus the insert I added which makes the shoe acceptable for a day out. They are not my go to shoe for days in a row. In my younger days when I could wear a totally flat flip flop or moccasins, I would have adored this shoe. Attracted to the minimalist look, but wish it had just a tiny bit more cushioning straight out of the box. .

Fit and size were fine, but they looked more like bowling shoes and might work better for women with smaller size feet, but not for me. I have long been a big fan of Merrell but have noticed of late that the quality of their shoes has gone down. Disappointing!

I have a fairly wide foot, and Merrell's often are wide enough that I can get by with their Medium widths. Not this one. In fact, one shoe seems to be narrower than the other (my feet don't usually seem to be different widths) across the big toe joint area. They would have been way too tight there to be comfortable. I wish Merrell offered their shoes in more than one width. Otherwise, I liked the light weight and smaller footprint of this shoe.

Very low shoe--on foot and to the ground. Wasn't what I was looking for in a walking shoe.

OK, so this is another Merrill shoe that runs a tad short. I went up a half size but I need to go a full size up in this one. The fit is snug and cradles my narrow foot nicely, it's just not long enough.

Disappointed. Been a Merrill show wearer for over 25 years. First shoe that didn't fit. Have always worn an 8. This shoe was longer but narrower than all my other Merrill's. Loved the look but not the fit. Hope this was only this shoe design that didn't fit and not a change to the sizing.

I'm a Size 9, but had to order a Size 10 in order to get the right fit. The toes turn up on these shoes which perhaps that's why the sizing is strange? I am about to take these on a trip to Alaska—so hopefully this shoe was worth ordering multiple sizes to find the perfect fit!
