These have literally been the only shoes that help my husband's feet not be in pain. He has even tried other Altras with the wider toe box but nothing's beats the Cayds. BRING THEM BACK!!

Great looking, high quality shoe that my hubs can wear for work without ruining his precious feet. Why are you not bringing this style back yet? Also, would love for the youth styles to come back as well. Would purchase those again and again too.

Oh no! This was my favorite business casual shoe, please bring the Cayd back, they are so comfortable, lasted a long time, and looked great. I loved them.

I can't imagine why this company would choose to discontinue their only professional looking shoe. What an extreme disappointment. I can only hope that they will come out with a new and improved model

this is a great work shoe and casual shoe for me. It's got a clean, professional look. Very comfortable. My only gripes are the shoelaces are ridiculously long so i replaced those, and sadly there aren't enough color ways. A mid or dark gray shoe with a dark gum sole would be an excellent add on to an already signature shoe. (on the brown shoes-the light tan sole is too light-make it darker please). Noticed they're out of stock for long periods of time. A quicker turnover on restocking would be a positive operations strategy as well. I've been waiting for months to replace the ones I have but can't because they've been out of stock for quite a while. correct toes approved.

I looked through replies by the company confirming this shoe has been discontinued and it's encouragement to try the Torin Leather. I'm a nurse on my feet for 12 hours and I tried the Torin, sigh, it doesn't cut it like the cayd. Farewell friend, over time I had 3 pair.

I use these shoes for work and for playing disc golf and even the gym. I wear these shoes and nothing els. But what now??

Why or why did Altra get rid of this shoe? I am now trying to fix up my old pair since I can't buy them anymore. Please, please bring them back.

Favorite shoe ever! Nothing else like it on the market. I am a chiropractor and bought these for being active on my feet all day in the clinic. After falling in love with Altra width and zero drop, these were the best "business casual" solution. I was excited to wear them out, downgrade them to an after-work classy casual shoe, and buy a fresh pair for clinic. When they finally started to wear down a bit (1.5 years later), I was heartbroken to find they've been discontinued! Please please bring them back! I will order 5 pairs of black 12s to keep my feet happy for the next 7.5 years! I'm currently testing the Torin leather wides and it's just not the same!

I struggle with finding the right shoes for years, my have a problem with bunion, I have tried NIKE, Adidas, Brooks and many more.I just could not find the right one, untill I found Altra. I LOVE Altra, especially CAYD. Please do not discontinue this guy.

I could not say enough positive things about the Cayd .The only bad thing is they're gone. In the name of necessity bring them back !

Two weeks in Europe on pleasure and business. Perfect shoe to walk 10 miles a day through streets, museums, cafes, trade show halls (casual but it works with suit), everywhere. I used to have to pack both my hiking/walking and workout shoes (sweated up from the morning gym workout), but the Cayd was very comfortable and held up well! This is an amazing shoe for traveling!
