I was very excited about these sneakers but we're literally so wide I was virtually able to walk out of them. Sent them back on the 9th and still waiting for the refund. Fingers crossed it all works out.

Unfortunately I had to return them , to flat and my neuropathy feet weren't happy

Love the look of these shoes but they are so uncomfortable. They were rubbing against the back part of the ankle as I walked and I got blisters.

I was really disappointed with our recent purchase. My daughter got the shoes on Friday and wore them the entire weekend where she toured the city of Asheville, NC. She returned Monday so upset because the back of her shoe had already began to tear.

This shoe was short in the toe area and I had to return it.

The tongue in the right shoe is not sewn in correctly and will not stay in place. I am in the process of returning the purchase.

I returned these shoes. I wear a 71/2 wide...these were a half size short and not a wide fit. I won't buy any New Balance that's made in China again. I then ordered style 1540V3 made in the USA. Although they cost more my feet are happy!

I was not satisfied, the product was suppose to be burgundy and looked plum and my purple. I sent it back and have yet to hear from anyone or get my money back I'm starting to get upset I have the tracking number and the return was delivered over a week ago. I try calling u guys and cant get through so over all the customer service experience is terrible and I'm waiting to get my money back from you!

Shoes not for year them every day. Something kinda uncomfortable inside(could buy something better at this price)

They're uncomfortable and not worth the price. If you want to buy this shoes my advice for you didn't buy them!!

As a trauma counselor, I am on my feet a lot. And, in the past, I have counted on New Balance tennis shoes to see me through a long day with comfort. However, my recent purchase has only proven to be very painful. Therefore, I am returning them tomorrow~ These particular shoes run small in both length and width. Hoping to find another style in the NB line which will work~

They did not fit right, and I was not happy, disappointed

I am a 7.5 in all of my shoes. With these my toes bere bunched up against the wall of the shoes. As for width, I was told new balance shoes were naturally wider than others but for these I think I should have just gone with the wide. Also the overcast color does not look like the picture at all. Its almost white.. like a dusty white.
