The pad in the bottom of the shor was missing when I got them. The pad that came with the other size wasn’t very cushy. I uave worn NB tennis shoes for a long time, and was disappointed with this pair - not as comfortable as they usually are.

This is a great shoe, and I am a devout NB wearer. The 'burgundy' color is much closer to the purple end of the spectrum. If its a purple shoe you want, go for it. I will be returning due to its lack of redness. Love zappos though.

why mess with a good thing? I ordered the same style # in May 2017 and they were great! this year's model has no arch support and the tongue is too wide.. it folds over when you put the shoe on.. not happy with this purchase but had to keep them because I was desperate.

Awkward, didn’t feel comfortable at all. NB, so disappointed. You used to be my go to sneaker. Being returned.

Arrived without packaging inserts in shoes and box damaged. Awful to receive shoes that not only were repackaged but sent in this condition is awful

Shame on you Zappos you sent my wife cleary used shoes! In the new age of infectious disease to to have paid for new shoes and Zappos trying to past off cleary wore shoes is a very poor business model. We have shared the incident and photos with family and friends. We will not be returning as customers.

Shoes ripped within a dozen wearings.

Perfect size and fit. A hole ripped in the seam after less than two months of wearing.

Shoes were too small

I have the wide version of this and they fit well. Since they no longer make the wide version I thought I’d try the regular width. Big mistake. These are sooo narrow

My kids, husband & I have always worn New Balance tennis shoes. I have always trusted New Balance as a quality brand. To my surprise, after my teenage daughter got only a few wears of these shoes, did one shoe die!! I mean, utterly tear apart! (Unwearable ever again.) I have to assume that we got an “off” pair of tennis shoes, so I reordered them in hopes to get my daughter the quality tennis shoe we have come to depend on in New Balance…but, C’MON, New Balance!! Quality control, please!

Way too small for my size 10 foot.

Just a warning the V2s are not the same as the 574 originals. They’ve narrowed the toebox significantly. If you still want them you might need to get a half size up. The size that I’ve worn for 10 years my toes hit the front of the shoe

These are at least a half size small. I should have paid attention to the reviews. I’m leaving a low rating because you should be able to order a 7.5 and it fit like a 7.5, especially if this is a brand you wear and you’ve been the same shoe size for 30 years. This is poor craftsmanship.

Size 12 was more like 11 or 11 1/2

Items should be labeled properly. Why did a woman’s shoe show up on a search for mens shoes.
