I wouldn't say they were half a size too big, but they do run a bit big. My biggest problem (that I've had before) is the trim on the tongues seem to curl on me. I am always sticking my fingers into my shoe, to try to uncurl them. Very annoying. I think there's too much trim left over after cutting.

Very comfortable; style more appropriate for a senior rather than an 18 year old.

I have always worn New Balance and I love them. This pair felt so small. I will be a New Balance customer forever and being a nurse the right fit is so important!

The color you see here is not what you get, these shoes are violet. I'm sending them back. Style is very pretty, color not so much.

I had high hopes for these to be a cute errand running shoe, but the were so wide, they felt like a slipper. There was no way I could cinch them tight enough , and i have a normal width foot.

These are quite cute, but I had to return them because they were just too stiff for my feet, and the ankle ridge was too high. I have swollen ankles, and the beginning stage of tarsal arthritis, so they were just too constrictive for me. I also did not feel that they offered much in the way of padding for the sole of the foot. I ended up with a shoe which has a much lower ankle profile, and is composed of a softer fabric upper.

I wore these shoes around the house several times. I found them to be too “squishy “ with not much support. Then, when I was re-lacing them, the shoe lace pulled apart ! I found them not to be up to the standards that I usually get with New Balance.

Super cute! Unfortunately I sent these back because they’re a little too white for me and I’m afraid they won’t stay clean with my 2 kids!

Despite ordering a half size up, these shoes were still too short in the big toe. The shoes looked great, but they squeaked horribly when walking on hardwood or hard surface floors! Sadly, they will have to go back.

the shoe is a nice fit a little larger the I thought the width is good I ordered another pair but im not sure if i will keep them, The only problem i am having with this first pair is that it pulles your sock off as you walk Its kinda annoying, i can't send them back because i already wore them, the other pair have not arrived yet? might not keep them , might have to look further for something else

I didnt realize these had sequins on the logo. The photo looked like the N was just white. Kinda bummed. Not a sequin kinda gal.

I've been wearing NBs for 35+ years. The toe box on this style of 574s was not wide enough for my comfort level. Also in attempt to make a "Classic" more stylish, I think, the trim materials were different and did not seem to breath. Overall the all black sort of ends up looking like an old lady shoe, not an athletic sneaker.

It wasn’t clear to me from the description but the cosmic sky color is a lavender color (not grey, as I thought) and the N is a sequin type material. Purple and glittery was not what I expected, so going back. Also runs a full size small. I’m an 8.5 sometimes I size up to 9, ordered 9 and it is way too small.

Too small, had to send back and get 1/2 size larger.

This shoe seems to run very small. Normally a 6.5 kids size, needed an 8 adult size.

I ordered these in my usual 8.5 in the navy/white. Too small, my toes couldn't move at all. Funny, I wear 8.5 in almost every other shoes. I like the color and the comfort, so I returned for a size 9, and they are great. if you need a comfortable walking shoe, and want lots of color options, this may be for you. They aren't too expensive and that's it. p.s. I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I ordered mine. But I've had New Balance in the past and always bought my usual size.

These in a wide are not like other New Balance wide sneakers. They are way too wide. The sneaker itself is not very flattering either. I love new Balance brand but not these...

These in a women's wide with are wayyyy tooo wide. They are not really nice looking on either. I love New Balance brand but these are just not flattering.

Shoe is too wide.

I have tried several pairs of New Balance in D width. They vary greatly. This one is narrow

Not a lot of room in the toe box.
