I am a true 9 w in New Balance shoes and was quite surprised that these were too short. Sadly, returning.

I love the look of these and they are comfortable but my only gripe is that they get dirty very easily and they can not be cleaned with a magic eraser. Either way, I love New Balance and will continue to keep buying the brand.

I saw so many review said this is good and can feel walk like a cloud . Wrong Wrong Wrong! I try these shows on, and just 1 hour, walk like a pasty on it and hurt my food when I just stand on the floor. Have to return it.

Ordered despite reviews saying they were narrow in the front of the shoe. I ordered my usual size in wide and they are so snug in the front I felt like my foot was being squeezed. It’s a shame because they are super supportive and cushiony. I definitely would have kept them had they not been so tight in the front.

Shoes were about half size too small.

I wanted to love these NB so badly, but I had to return them. I wear a 10.5 and those were a tish too small and the size 11s were far too big. I have since tried other NB styles since these and they all fit the same way. Probably just not the shoe for my foot. Hate it tho, because I love these retro styles.

Compared with other Classics I've had, this new version has noticeably less padding especially on the tongue. Still okay to wear but not as good as older versions. Will consider other brands next time I need a new pair of sneakers.

These shoes were weird. I was buying them to replace the same 574 New Balance I had, loved and wore out. The right foot fit perfectly, but the left foot was wide at the opening. I laced them one hole higher, but it still didn’t feel comfortable. I ordered a second pair assuming this was just a fluke, but the second pair was the same. I tried 14 pairs of shoes before I found 2 that fit and none of the other shoes had this loose left foot feel so I don’t think the problem was my foot.

It was the right size I ordered 2 sizes of the same shoe to be sure they fit. The next size fit

Size up! These run small. I was so bummed that they didn't fit since I had waited FOREVER to get them.

Right after trying these sneakers I, I knew I would be returning them for two major reasons. First, my right big toe was hitting the front side of the sneaker, which was very uncomfortable,. I usually wear a size 10 sneaker, but I followed the advice of several of the reviews and ordered one half size larger. Going up another half size would only make the sneaker longer. However, this would not correct the second reason I returned the sneakers, which was major. With the insole that came in the sneaker in place, I could feel the lugs on the bottom of the sole across the ball of my foot, so there is very little cushioning in this part of the sneaker. I swapped the sneaker insole out for the Superfeet original arch support insoles, I wear in almost all of my shoes, and this didn't help matters. With the insole that came in the sneakers, there was an uncomfortable bump in the middle of where the ball of the foot lies. The inside of the sneakers is also absolutely flat. So these sneakers were immediately sent back. Thank you Zappos for your excellent return policy! I have sensitive feet. knee and back problems, so I need shoes that have cushioning in them, and excellent arch support. These sneakers had neither. On the plus side, they are a very pretty sneaker. I ordered the white mint/white color

These are nice looking,but extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the cleats on the sole through the shoe. Could not wear them. Did not have the quality of the 574’s I been wearing fir years, which in the past have been very comfortable.. disappointing

Shoes felt nice and stable - but as with so many shoes, once I replaced the insole with my custom orthotic, my heels would slide out with every step. Probably would be good for folks who don't need prescription orthotics, but no good for me.

Fit and size were satisfactory. Just didn't care for the look of the shoe on my foot.

To big and bulky.

The shoe is about half size too small, feels wide and overall looks bulky when worn. I have a different pair of New Balance I love, these fit nothing like them.

The shoe has good styling but not great comfort. It is very tight over the broadest part of the foot at the ball and hurts where the shoes are laced. It has very short toe box. Very nice color.

I have these shoes and wanted a back up pair, for some reason they ran big in length and wide not like the other 4 pairs I have so I returned them.

Toe Box too low. Other than that shoes would be great.

I love the color and style of this classic shoe. In doing moderate Exercise, my feet slide around so much especially in the toe box. Also the inside feel cushy hurt standing all day in them to build a wooden driveway get, but actually once the day was over my feet were aching tremendously. I love the style and color so I’ll wear for outfit purposes.
